We cannot say enough wonderful things! Christine was incredibly communicative, helpful, sweet, and so easy to work with from day one. I had seen her desserts on Instagram and immediately fell in love with the dessert bar option and all the beautiful, tasty, and artistic treats she made. I typically am not the biggest cake person, but we decided to do a small cutting cake and boy are we glad we did - by far the best cake we've ever eaten. I gave her some general guidance on style of cake decor and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I'm saving the cronut for later but it smells so good. The cupcakes look so yummy and she mentioned that they cakes as well. I will be ordering a cake from here when it's my birthday. I also got 4 cupcakes and I had committed myself to buying 4 but wasn't sure I loved 4 flavors of what was left. I ended up with (in order of interest): apple pie, black forest, snickerdoodle and mint chocolate. I should have read my review from 12 years ago because the mint chocolate still tastes like toothpaste to me, but it's a very mild mint so that's good. I wasn't sure I'd like the snickerdoodle but it was amazing! The black forest cupcake had a maraschino cherry inside, which was an awesome surprise! I ate the apple pie one last and it had a little actual apple pie filling inside of it! LOVE THAT!! It feels sacrilegious of me to say, but I think the cupcakes have just a little too much frosting. It's also fair to say these are not cheap cupcakes. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and they look beautiful, and you pay a premium for all that. Overall, I highly recommend these cupcakes and will definitely stop here again.

I went in expecting to enjoy a birthday celebration, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and stressed. First off, I was disappointed to find out they couldn't offer me my birthday buns, which is a tradition (past 8 years) I was looking forward to. When I mentioned it, another guest in the store even offered to buy me one that was beside the point. While I appreciated her kindness, it felt awkward, and I didn't want to create any turmoil or drama over a 7$ bundtlet. I also expressed that my intention was to buy two more. To make matters worse, the customer in front of me was facing the same issue. It's someone's birthday--how hard can it be to acknowledge that and provide a little extra something? It should be a joyful occasion, not the most stressful part of my day. Overall, I expected much better, especially when celebrating something special. I won't be returning anytime soon.
