Crumbl is one of those places that almost never disappoints. Ordering on the app is easy, almost too easy to over order. When you arrive, the cookies are quickly brought out and they always look amazing. The selection changes weekly and this particular week looks great. Thin crisp snickerdoodle was just as advertised. Not too crispy, but just crisp enough. The brownie chocolate Sunday was a chocolate delight. The rich brownie topped with a vanilla mousse and hot fudge lived up to my expectations. The Ultimate Peanut Butter was the one I was looking forward to the most and it didn't disappoint! A peanut butter cookie stuffed with peanut butter in the middle then drizzled with peanut butter on top. Delicious! I like this one better than the Reese's one since it's All peanut butter sans chocolate. I did get a free cookie for my birthday and they even hand wrote Happy Birthday on the box! I went here for the first time today because I heard they have "great" cookies. The store was lovely, and the staff were delightful and very helpful. They have ordering kiosks but a staff member was happy to help. We asked for her recommendations and ordered a 4 pack. We ordered a snickerdoodle, a semi-sweet chocolate chunk, a red velvet, and a brownie batter. All 4 cookies were Amazing! A nice store, and great people. My kids go here all the time and I finally tried the cookies. This can be very dangerous as everything is absolutely delicious.

Have you ever wanted to love something really really bad, but you find you just can't get on board? The hype is everywhere, but you just don't get it? That was me with CRUMBL COOKIES. I always found them a tad bit too sweet, and while there were some great flavor profiles, (these change weekly) none really screamed at me. UNTIL NOW. CRUMBL recently has started having pie like and cake like style "cookies" amongst their offerings. This Biscoff Cheescake is amazing. This review is about THIS cookie. The Biscoff flavor comes through strong. It's "cookie crust" of packed, crumbled Biscoff cookies and then a layer of the creamiest cheesecake. Okay.. think of your favorite cheesecake, maybe you know from a "factory" wink wink..... and yes the texture rivals this and the flavor is neck and neck in the race. THEN, as if that wasn't good enough, it has a top layer spread of Biscoff cookie butter and Biscoff crumble. Oh and a dollop of whipped cream. This is a 2 person cookie, or eat some now and save some for later. It's rich and satisfying. I hope this flavor stays a while. Or maybe I hope it leaves fast.. Highly recommend Ventura Crumbl Cookies! I was gifted a Chocolate Chunk cookie from the Escrow Company as a thank you after using their services to close my client's real estate sale. I'm eating this day old cookie and and it's excellent with a generous amount of chocolate chunks and perfect cookie texture with just the right amount of sea salt sprinkle. The pink box makes a lovely presentation and I will definitely buy cookies from Crumbl Cookies Ventura as future gifts and treats. I have not been to the Ventura location yet because I was so disappointed in the brand from my experience at the Goleta store. The 2 cookies from the 2 locations are night and day different. Head over to Sumo Sushi, and look to the left (face Victoria Avenue). It's next to Avra Dental. Very convenient location! REVIEW: Absolutely 5 stars! The cookies are amazing. Always fresh from the other locations I have frequented, and Crumbl Ventura was no different! The staff were so happy and positive. You could tell they were happy to be there as the energy inside was so great! Friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on cookies and while I didn't need any suggestions, haha, my guest did as she's a newbie to CC. In case it wasn't clear, I am a super fan of Crumbl Cookie and I definitely recommend. Every cookie I have had (cough, cough, too many!) have been outstanding. Come on down! Since I was a child, I've suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder when it comes to correctly spelling words. As I got older I lost a number of romantic relationships by correcting the spelling in my girlfriends' love notes. But, in my defense, why would any sane person make "Valentine" a plural possessive? It's "Valentine'S" Day! Was there more than one Saint Valentine? I think not. Was I single during all of high school and most of college? Absolutely. So. Crumbl[e] Cookies. My wife brought home a Crumbl[e] Cookies mini six pack about four months ago and threw the lovely pink box away before I could see the unfortunate spelling. She did that twice more over the next two months and I was hooked. Crumbl[e] Cookies are as close to a cure for my spelling OCD as I've found. My wife can now send me to Crumbl[e] on my own with a plastic lowercase "e" attached to the top of a wooden popsicle stick so, when I look up at the Crumbl[e] sign, I can insert the "e" by holding it up in my field of vision before proceeding inside. All of the Crumbl[e] Cookies cookies are fantastically fresh and delicious, and the diversity of creative flavors is impressive. Milk Chocolate Chip is my favorite texture and flavor of Crumbl[e] cookie; though the Pink Doughnut cookie is my overall favorite, because 'doughnut' is actually spelled correctly. It's Crumbl - so the cookies will be more expensive than at other bakeries, but you're paying for novelty, variety, and good quality. I don't love all their cookies, but I've figured out which ones I'm going to like and which I probably won't without buying more that I don't like. Personally, I prefer the cookies that are actually cookies instead of when they try to take something that isn't a cookie and turn it into one. Pies & cakes don't always translate well. And though I like boring foods, I can't stand their plain sugar cookie dough. Too much cookie, too bland. Also I think the cream cheese frosting is overused. Many of their cookies would do better with a citrus buttercream or something like that. Well, that said, I still come here pretty often. I was picking up birthday cookies, and they were made sloppy. I asked Kiara to correct them and she would not. The cookie did not look like the display and there was only a little bit of crumble on half of the cookie. I ended up asking for a refund, not because I didn't think the cookies were not going to taste great, but because her service was terrible! Customer service is everything to me and she did nothing to try to rectify the situation other than give me my money back. I will not be back to this location. We have one in Westlake!! how disappointing! I ended up going to the one in Oxnard and the service was much better. I won't be back to Ventura. read more

I love cookies more than most food!! I gave Crumbl a try yesterday. I got a chocolate pistachio, chocolate peanut butter chip, and 2 semi sweet chocolate chip cookies...... must be honest...not at all impressed. Cookies are HUGE... as they should be at over $4 per cookie...4 cookies are over $16... then when checking out app asks for a tip... I ended up Spending over $19 for 4 cookies! And honestly didn't love each one. The selection was super limited...they have smaller cookies but ONLY for catering. I would have preferred 12 small cookies than 4 big ones.... I ordered a four pack using DoorDash and received one missing item. I contacted the store location and spoke with someone there and told them about the problem so they handed me to a manager I think? Her name was Emily and explained to me that it wasn't there fault or problem and blamed it solely on the DoorDash driver who picked it up. I disagree the box was sealed plus they should have checked it before handing it to driver. I work with these tablets too, and it's your responsibility to make sure they everything is there that customers order.
