I've been here many times and every time the experience does not disappoint. The decor is simple yet classy. Has a tea house feel rather than the cutesy theme that is common at other boba shops. I've tried a variety of drinks and enjoyed all of them. I tend to order without sugar or at 25% as I do not like it too sweet. They take pride in their tea brewing method, which I think contributes to the overall taste. The bubble waffles make a great snack, I especially like the chewy texture of the mochi ones. The drinks were fantastic (the Dirty Coconut Ube with brown sugar boba was amazing), but what really stood out was the customer service. Pincha Boba is one of my favorite boba stores. In my opinion, it's the best in Ventura. First of all, this shop is run by a husband and wife, and they are both very friendly, nice, and kind people. While many places use powdered tea, this place brews it properly with tea leaves. As a result, you can really taste the tea flavor, making it delicious. I love the store's interior; it's so tastefully decorated. I usually order milk tea with boba, but the other day I tried a jasmine tea latte with boba. For this experience, I tried a Hong Kong latte with boba. also love the matcha latte and boba that I order occasionally. The wide variety of drinks makes it fun to try different ones. I was also happy to receive another waffle during this experience; its chewy texture was delicious, just like the one I had before. Over the past few years, many boba shops have opened in my neighborhood, but unfortunately, I've noticed that several have recently frozen. In that context, I think it's wonderful that they've managed to stay in business. They're also preparing to open a second store, and as a consumer, I'm happy to see their business expanding, recognizing the quality of their products. Can't believe it took me awhile to try Pincha Boba because it's so good. Anytime I near by, I want to stop and get a drink with boba. It's in a shopping center that gets busy so parking surprisingly can be hard to find. My go to drinks are the Taro Ube Swirl and the Mangonada. My husband likes to get their cookies and cream one which I have tried and is also so good. The employees are always so sweet and knowledgeable. They are helpful with suggesting what pearls would be best with what drink which I appreciate. Boba is delicious but it doesn't always go with all the drinks. The location is super nice and well lit. Took 30 min to get our order. The person before us got their drink, but I guess a mobile order with 8 drinks and another order some how ordered between the time we ordered. My drink was nice a strong. But they did mention they ran out of cream. My wife was not so lucky. She saw her drink wasn't filled to the top, so they added ice to her blended drink...so her drink tasted watered down. My husband and I originally got the Spiced Chai Milk Tea with the brown sugar boba to share, but after the first few sips, he knew he just needed to get his own. He ended up getting the Tiramisu Coffee Torando with the coffee jelly. Everything was delicious, made correctly and brought out quickly. The inside of the shop was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. I immediately felt calmer when I stepped inside. The menu has many great choices. After speaking to the friendly tea associate I decided to try the osmanthus oolong milk tea. All the staff looked happy and were helpful. My complimentary drink came with a complimentary waffle for the Yelp event. I am not a Boba drinker so I got grass jelly as my "sinker" of choice. I am not a regular Boba drinker, so I will comment more on the café decor and ambience. Cafe has a much more zen vibe than what you see at the typical bright white Boba shops. I prefer coffee cafes, but I usually see Boba shops that are leaning to cute, anime focused. This feels more like a grown-ups Boba place that's very low key cozy. Currently they have decorations for Lunar New Year that are gorgeous. The staff was friendly on my first visit. I read how busy this place can get, but when I went, it was relatively empty so I could ask more questions.
