My daughter was temporarily staying in Jacksonville and we were forced to rely on Yelp reviews to get my daughter's wedding dress drastically altered. They also altered her now husbands uniform. For my daughter's dress, we wanted the sheer sides to be closed & the straps to sit just right on her shoulders and be comfortable. I don't know how Eva's pulled this off but they certainly did! This was a complicated task. We were very nervous but we wasted a lot of energy stressing for no reason. Both my son in laws uniform and my daughter's dress turned out perfectly!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and so willing to work with you. I had to buy a wedding dress off the rack that was 5 sizes too big and needed the entire dress and veil altered within 3 weeks. Eva saw me right away, provided her expert recommendations on how best to alter the dress, and showed me the different options for making adjustments. She was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the tight deadline, Eva worked her magic and got my dress back to me in just 1.5 weeks! It looked absolutely perfect, and you would never have known it was originally 5 sizes too big. To top it off, Eva also altered my husband's uniform to fit him perfectly. She did an amazing job and made sure he looked sharp and professional on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Eva enough. She is not only talented but also incredibly kind and understanding. If you need any alterations, especially for your wedding dress or a special occasion outfit, I highly recommend going to see Eva. She will make sure you look and feel your best on your special day!

I didn't think I had. She advised me that my dress needed to be taken in some more. It wasn't until she said it that I noticed it was necessary. Their unsolicited advice was very helpful!!

For context, I'm a mid-size bride and typically wear between a size 10-12, so finding dresses that fit well and feeling comfortable during appointments is really important to me. Just some context, I did check out their sister store Curve Bridal ( that was great, I recommend, but most dresses were actually TOO big) When we arrived, we were placed in a private room with about five people. While I appreciated having a dedicated space, it did feel a bit tight and not very spacious for a group. One of the standout touches, though, was that they text your fiancé ahead of time and create a personalized note for you to read before trying on dresses and drinking a glass of champagne That was incredibly sweet and made the experience feel special right from the start. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for me and what really impacted the overall experience was the temperature in the room. It was extremely hot, likely from the window heating up the space, and trying on dresses in that environment quickly became uncomfortable and honestly a bit miserable. I mentioned it to the stylist multiple times, but there wasn't much done to help and no offer to switch rooms or bring in a fan. When you're already physically uncomfortable, it adds stress and takes away from what should be a fun, exciting experience. In terms of the dresses, I felt the selection was somewhat limited, especially if you're trying to stay under a $3,000 budget. As someone who wears a size 10-12, I also didn't feel like there was a wide variety of options that truly worked for my size range. Another thing to note is that I wasn't able to browse all the dresses myself. The stylist pulled options based on what she thought I would like, and while she mentioned there was more inventory upstairs, I wasn't given the option to look through it or explore both areas just the model floor, which felt a bit restrictive. Overall, it was an okay experience, personally the heat, limited selection, and lack of flexibility in browsing made the experience fall short for me. I didn't end up finding my dress here, and while it wasn't a terrible experience, it's not somewhere I would recommend someone to go, at least not the first shop.

I so appreciated that she listened to my daughter's preferences and budget limits. Jillian narrowed down the beautiful selection of dresses with what my daughter preferred while still offering for her to try dresses that might be a different option. We left our appointment thinking we had found "the dress" but wanted to finish our last appointment. We returned right after the last appointment at another shop close by and she said yes to the dress and the perfect veil to go with it. Excellent choice Xperia XR from start to finish.
