I have been going to LadyCats for over a year and have always been happy. I recently tried a new salon because my friend wanted to, and that visit confirmed why I love it here so much. First of all, I always feel welcome here. That cannot be said of any other nail salon in the area. I am always made to feel like I am a bother at other salons even though I do not request unusual services. Cindy and her team always make me feel happy and relaxed to be here. They're great. My daughter and I enjoyed a little daddy/daughter time getting manis and pedis together. The place is brand new and of course the techs are hard to understand but we had a great time. My only complaint would be if you go in and they offer you wine, they'll ask red or white. I'm a red wine guy all the way, but they serve chilled sweet red, just not my cup of tea, or wine as the case may be. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Paid $70 for a middle of the road pedicure and eye brow wax...this was with their coupon . Eye brow wax was good and I would go back for that service. Pedicure was just ok. The massage part was barely enjoyable. They did not put on a top coat so my toes which normally last 3+ weeks didn't even last a week. Don't appreciate the dirty pillow the staff kept trying to put into my lap. Each chair had a dirty pillow. I've had way better service for a cheaper price. read more

I'm new to the area and had seen positive reviews about this salon. I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give it a try. I was quite impressed with the openness, decor, and cleanliness! It did not have an acetone smell as some nail salons do. The music was great - soft, volume reasonable, and they had the TVs on closed caption, volume off. They greeted me quickly, escorted me to my pedicure seat, offered me something to drink - it was a very enjoyable experience! I live in Aledo so this place is extremely convenient and to top it off they provide excellent service. It's almost always packed so you must make an appointment. Every time I've had my nails dipped they've lasted three weeks or more without chipping or lifting. They use quality products and their prices do reflect that as well. I highly recommend it if you're looking for good quality service. read more
