I've been here twice, and the only good thing I can say about this salon is the staff is very friendly. The first time I tried dip (one and only time I've done dip) and it was super thick, which may be typical, but what I've seen on my friends (none go here) was not near as thick. I told the fellow doing my nails I didn't want the shape changed (I always prefer to do that myself beforehand) which he seemed to accept. After the dip was done, however, (and I wasn't paying too close attention) he grabbed one of my fingers and quickly filed the top to a very flat shape with a very rough file. I tried to pull away but it was clear he didn't understand. Since that one was changed, I just accepted him changing the rest at that point. I hated the way they looked. Last Saturday I tried them again but for gel, and I made sure the lady who did the manicure knew I didn't want her to shape them at all. She understood and was very sweet about it. Still, with the gel, it was too many coats and too thick. But it looked okay. Yesterday (Tuesday) the gel started lifting and peeling away from the cuticles to the point I had to remove it. It was really coming off. What I discovered is she didn't really do my cuticles (I thought she did... she was supposed to) and she painted over the top of them. Even the slightest bit of growth dislodged the gel. SO... my gel manicure was good for a total of 2 days. Pretty disappointing. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! DESERVES ZERO STARS... My daughter had her nails done and paid extra for the French manicure ($60 w/tip), after 2 days she had 4 broken nails. She went back to get them fixed and was told that she was telling a lie and never got her nails done there, until she showed them her online bank transaction and then the lady was completely RUDE about it and left her sitting/waiting for a hour (w/ no customers in the salon). Then when she did decide to halfway fix them w/ a darker color pink (so the broken ones look completely different). My daughter was so upset and called me to come and talk to them... the manager lady got in my daughters face and told her to leave!!! Who does that? This place was completely empty and I see why. I got Nexgen and they're WAY too thick. I got my nails done 3 days ago, and one is already cracked. She made my thumb nail SUPER crooked (the photo doesn't show it like in person), so now my real nail under the nexgen is crooked. She was trying to give me flare nails, and I had to keep telling her to file it in. She made some of my nails narrower than my natural nail bed, and then both my pinky fingers are different sizes and one of them is flared. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. This is my first stop at this location for a manicure. I was desperate. I normally head into Fort Worth but I didn't want to drive that far and I didn't have the time. Next time, I'll just drive to Fort Worth. I had a shellac manicure. First, I will give them credit. It didn't take them very long to get me in. However, the nail tech hurt me twice with the nail file. Secondly, my finished gel polish has a warped look and doesn't look smooth like normal. I don't foresee this manicure lasting the typical 14 days. Lastly, the manicure cost $41.... Umm what?!? I will not be back. EDIT: I had to go back 2 hours later because my shellac was peeling off already. They redid it but offered no refund or anything. Again, will not be back. read more

Stopped in for a dip manicure and pedicure and had the worst experience I've ever had. I chose an olive green dip color and she got so much of the dip powder all over my skin and all around my cuticles. It would not come off, I told her how unhappy I was and she did absolutely nothing about it. I scrubbed it with soap and water and she said not to worry that it would come off in a few days. Ended up paying 75.00 for a crappy job ...nails looked like crap and green skin that I had to go to another salon and have them do what they could to help me get the green off my skin. This place stands out from every other nail salon I've been to. Any nail service you get, you receive a neck and shoulder massage. This is my go to place for pedicures. I usually get the deluxe pedicure. It runs $35. They take their time, give you 2 foot/calf massages, paraffin wax treatment and use the cheese grater thing for calluses. They have a large selection of polish colors, dips and gel too. I like that they don't constantly try to up-sell you- I kept running into that at other nail salons in the area and it is really off putting. I noticed this page says appointment only- that is not true. I am always a walk-in and have never waited more than 10 minutes. This was our first time here. I took my 5 year old for spa and polish change. They do not have brand new packages for kids. That's not normal. Many places have them. They are disposed of each use. Instead of the manager hearing me out about it he argued and defended himself. They also reuse foot pumice. That's not normal either. I was disappointed that he thought that's sanitary. I will never go back. I had my nails done there today for the first time. I asked for coffin shape and she made them square. I explained again that I wanted a them coffin shape she then argued that that's what she had done. Slim pickins in Parker County for a good nail salon, but this one is clean and they have many options for nail type i.e. dipping powder, gel, acrylic. My last dipping set lasted three weeks. Prices are decent and the staff is super nice. Ask for Tyler, she always does a good job and is super cute too. read more

Horrible service. Don't recommend to anyone. We were sitting in there getting our nails done when a beautiful young lady was getting her nails done for her wedding. She wasn't happy with the way things were going and tried to talk to the ladies and tell them. My mother in law and I overheard her complain and witnessed that nothing was done. They ignored her and talked in another language amongst themselves. Then when discussing with manager he told her that her nails were acceptable when they werent. Her nails weren't even. He said they weren't perfect but acceptable. She refused to pay full price and he didn't give her a discount. He said if she didn't pay full price that he would call the cops on her. Decided on gel just so it would possibly last a few days longer, and so it would dry quickly, so we could enjoy the rest of our "girls day". I get up to pay, and she charged me $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in hoping to relax and get a nice manicure with my good Friend. They knew we came in together but yet they sat us apart. Then when we got sat down next to two other women all together all getting manicures done side by side. And then all we heard was loud talking between all 5 of the employes. Yak Yak Yak!!!! It never stopped. I couldn't even hear the TV that was just behind the woman working on my nails. They were loud and it made the whole experience not relaxing at all. We walked in to gossip hour. I go there every two weeks and have been going for years. They are always nice, helpful, and I have never had a bad experience. They have even redecorated and it looks great. If you want to sit together for pedis or manis all you have to do is ask, they are more than willing to arrange that. I live in Fort Worth and have tried almost every nail salon out here due to the convenience but I always end up coming back here and driving all the way to weatherford just for the quality of the nails! They have a huge selection of polishes, gel polishes, and my favorite is the endless selection of acrylic powders and glitters they have! The #1 reason this is my favorite place is because the nails ALWAYS last me. I always get acrylic nails and ive never had my nails break, lift, or peel off from here. Other nail salons my nails will start coming off or lifting by week 2 but when I come here they are literally stuck to my nails forever until I rip them off myself. Its good for coming back for fills because theres never any lifting so even the fill will last you also.
