I've been coming here for about a year now and I think a 5 star review is warranted at this point. Every single time I've come here I've been welcomed with smiling faces and the sweetest nail techs. I recently started getting dipped nails, which I have never done previously and every time I have gotten them done they have lasted an entire month without chipping, cracking or breaking. For me, that's never happened in the past so I'm not sure what Andy is doing, but he he's doing it right! I would recommend Andy or your nails and Ann for your feet! I walked in and was immediately greeted and given a chair to begin my services. I asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was ok, the polish however wasn't very good... I am very disappointed. My manicure that I asked for I didn't get. They didn't do the soak or cut cuticles. The gentleman thought I was doing a SNS manicure and even after I told him I wanted a manicure he just wiped the powder off and started doing regular nail polish. Went to Luxury Nail and Spa after one I've gone to in the past was closed today. I am so glad I tried a new spot. I got a gel pedicure by Kevin and he did such a great jobs my toes came out so nice and he was very attentive to the details. He gave the longest leg and foot massage I've ever had during a pedicure! I'll go back to him again on this point alone! Dan did my manicure and did an amazing job. After struggling with a decision on color, I asked him to do what he wanted and "make them look pretty". Got the best pedicure I've ever had in Springtown here! I came to Luxury Nails & Spa and I didn't feel rushed and felt very looked after the entire time. The space is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have a massive selection of colors and drink upon arrival. Overall a lovely experience and truly the best pedicure I've ever gotten! My daughter-in-law and I went here to get a nail fill and pedicures. While the pedicure was not horrible, I do think they could have massaged my feet/legs longer than 10 minutes. I only bought the deluxe one if I am new to the salon. The paint looked good, and my fills were spectacular on my hands. The prices were a little high in my opinion. For an acrylic fill with gel paint, a manicure with gel paint, and two deluxe pedicures with gel paint, it was $200. The total price seemed strange. The deluxe pedicures were $35 each not including gel paint, so the rest you can figure. Overall, I thought my nails looked phenomenal, and the rest was ok. read more

Been coming here a few times and getting a pedicure! They are super nice and take care of your toenails and feet really well. I never had any infections or cuts after each visit. The people and the staff are also always friendly. Just make sure to call and reserve a time slot because this place is usually packed and I had to wait like 40 minutes as a walk in. read more

Such a beautiful, professional business !!! Nice relaxing music! Tvs are on but volume is off! All the techs spoke English even when talking to each other! When they did talk they talked very quietly! I had a pedicure and a new set with dip color! Excellent workmanship! I've been to many nail places and the reason I kept searching was because other salons were NOT relaxing! When ppl go for services they want to relax! Not hear televisions and staff talking loudly! I went in today with my daughter (as walk ins) and was greeted right away. My daughter wanted a Halloween manicure and I wanted dip with tips. From start to finish it was a great experience. The customer service was above par for sure! Winn (I think this was her name) did my nails and seriously did a fantastic job. She didn't hurt me once. You could tell she cared about her work. She made sure I was happy and the shape came out perfect. I was so pleased I even had her do my eyebrow wax and again - super pleased!! My daughters nails came out so cute. I loved that someone helped her pick out her colors and what she wanted. She felt special. :) The price was great too. For her manicure, my dip with tips, and my eyebrow wax was only $62 plus tip!!! This place was nice and clean. Plenty of chairs and employees. They all seemed nice. I had an appointment. I only had to wait 10 minutes. Which is not a big deal. I only got a basic gel mani. It took less than 30 min and cost $35. Which seems like a lot especially since they didn't have to remove any gel polish. But whatever. It's close to my house and they didn't talk sh*t about their customers like most of these places. read more

The best mani and pedi ever! I am very fussy about quality whenever I try somewhere new. I just spent 2 amazing hours at the Luxury Nail & Spa in Springtown. I had intended to get a simple pedicure with maybe a slight upgrade. The prices were so reasonable I quickly changed my mind as I really needed something more. I've never had anyone pay so much attention to my feet and legs, wonderful massage, friendly faces. Tina was awesome. My friend had suggested someone who was not available, not a problem. I will ask for Tina every time. Katie did my fingernails and they are perfect. The experience included, clean cuticles, hand massage and great looking polish. all technicians appeared interested in their clients, I certainly felt that way. I looked around, if a client was friendly the technicians held conversations, if they just wanted to sit back and relax their privacy was respected. In addition, their massage chair was perfect.
