We attended a baby shower at La Galleria but I can totally see how this space would be fantastic for weddings, parties, or any other event that requires a bit of an elegant vibe. Because of a mix-up at work, we arrived about an hour late. It was clear that almost everyone was done eating or at least finishing. However, the food at the buffet was still hot and fresh. There weren't any apparently available seats at the set tables (it was hard to tell where people were sitting) so we ended up sitting at an unset table right next to the set tables. I was a little surprised that none of the servers seemed to notice that we had sat down and were eating but were missing many of the things from the regular settings. No one asked if we needed water or coffee, and we were completely skipped over when they served cake. In all fairness though, we did arrive an hour late and, with people mingling, it would be hard to know whether we had just arrived or whether we had simply moved from our table to chat with others. That single complaint aside, the food was good, the space was lovely, and the family members who organized the shower had nothing but good things to say about having had it here. (In fact, they had switched from another venue to this one.) I'm a firm believer in reviews that give you the big picture experience. And that I think that experience here is 5 stars. La Galleria was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding with family and guests. The intimate, rustic setting made everyone feel comfortable and was exactly what we were hoping for. The food was incredible and months later, we still get compliments. Delicious appetizers, perfectly cooked entrees, and generous after dinner pizza and wings- no one left hungry. Cherie and the entire team were kind, attentive and wonderful to work with. Despite COVID forcing us to reschedule our wedding, Cherie was with us every step of the way, working to find a new date, and customize the menu and drink selections to meet our budget. I attended this venue for a trivia event, and it's gorgeous inside! A rustic & classic setting with warm lighting perfect for weddings. The bar staff knew their stuff and drinks were good, the catered food was also quite yummy - their bacon mac and cheese a quick favorite. The la galleria was great! We originally had our wedding set for 2020 but of course with covid we decided to reschedule. Cherie was amazing! She always got back to us quickly and was more than accommodating. The venue was set up beautifully for the wedding! They also have a gorgeous bridal room that was great to get ready in. A wedding coordinator was included in our package and was a lifesaver on the big day! She was so kind and checked on the groom and I multiple times. She even held our drinks while we took photos. The food was also great and everyone had such a good time! I highly recommend the la galleria to any bride! read more

Went to the mother's day brunch today and boy was it great. We called the Thursday before and made reservations for 1:30. You know they are busy when the earliest was 3.5 hrs after brunch started! We got there a little early and the munchkins were frisky but the kids only had to wait a few minutes past our reservation time, which was not bad considering how busy they were. Service was fast and excellent. Our waitress was quick to help us and checked on us often. We did not feel rushed, though. Food was very good. The salads were great, french toast sticks were tasty, sausage was moist and good, eggs were appreciated by my 6 year old, supreme chicken was awesome, spiral ham was great, roast beef was excellent, all the breads were fabulous... everything was very very good, including the deserts. All in all, we had a great time and likely will be back for another holiday brunch again. With so many great restaurants to choose from one really has to grab your attention, and I think they did it. My youngest enjoyed his comfortable costco brand high chair as well! read more

I have been here for several events and again last week, I was not disappointed. The room was decorated beautifully and everything including the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The food was served quickly, was hot and unbelievably delicious. Everything was organized and ran smoothly. We had such a great time. Last month I had my nieces bridal shower here and I wanted to surprise her with something special. I spoke with Cherie and Julie the coordinators and they were so informative and knowledgeable. They suggested hand passed Mimosas. My niece and all the guest just loved this. I also added wine at the table and with the fresh and sumptuous food we felt at home. The sound system was too good because the mother of the bride was heard loud and clear!!! Lol. I am looking forward to having Thanksgiving dinner there again next month. The food is so good with so many choices plus there are no dishes to wash. read more

I had my wedding ceremony and reception here in October 2017 and it was absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough good things about Cherie and the entire team at La Galleria. My fiancé and I live in Washington state so planning a wedding out of town was a little stressful but Cherie was with us every step of the way. We had several phone meetings and our in person meetings, including our dinner tasting, were scheduled around our time in town. During the week leading up to the wedding, we communicated on a daily basis with all the final touches and Cherie always responded in a timely fashion. No request on our part was turned down and of it required an extra fee, the cost was fair and appropriate. I had family members doing all the decorating for my wedding and they allowed my team to stay there until late the day before our wedding and even treated them to wine and snacks as they worked. My family told me they never felt rushed or unwelcome. Most venues wouldn't treat you that way. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. All our guests loved the food and it was all served in a timely fashion. The bar service was quick and we didn't have guests having to wait in line for drinks. Everyone was friendly and attentive to all my guests. We did a lot of shopping around before we decided on a venue and we ultimately chose La Galleria because it was the only place we visited where we felt like we weren't being nickel and dimed. Most places see your wedding as nothing more than another business transaction and look to make the greatest profit off of you; not La Galleria. We spent more here than we would have else where but the value we got for our money was worth it. Their packages do vary in price so they can fit any budget. read more

Christmas Wedding Reception Our family and friends had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's recent marriage (12/28/2019) with a "Wonder-filled" reception at the LaGalleria! Her engagement was a short one... just six months, and at times I may have got a little "unhinged." lol Cherie has a calming way of letting you know that "every little thing's gonna be alright!" Her professionalism and communication skills are extraordinary! The venue, itself, is absolutely charming! The combination of brick arches and hardwood offer a rustic, yet contempory environment . It was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Once we found the LaGalleria, there was no reason to look any further. The decor compliments the current season and literally leaves only personal touches that the bridal couple may choose to add. We found the menu options almost difficult to choose from. So many!! Our family style, "table share" dinner was absolutely delicious and gave a "WOW" factor for our guests, as most were accustomed to buffet or sit down dinners. Our family had Mother's Day brunch here today. The food was good - large selection, warm and fresh. Unfortunately, the poor service ruined our experience. Upon being seated, we immediately asked our waitress for a carafe of coffee for the eight of us at the table. We did not get coffee until after we were finished with our meal (which included multiple trips to the buffet). We also later found out from the bartender that juice and pop were complimentary - our waitress never told us this. As happens with a buffet meal, the plates were piling up at our table. We tried to wave down a waitress or busser multiple times to get them removed, but no one ever came by. Finally, when we were given our bill, we saw there was a 20% included gratuity. This was frustrating given the poor service and lack of attention we received. For a $28 brunch, I recommend going to Statler City - we had a wonderful experience there last year. read more

Disgusted. My brother had his wedding there last night, Sherry, the coordinator we worked with, was rude, unprofessional and frankly a liar. During the rehearsal we asked simple questions that she ignored. She also made snarky comments about my 85 yr old grandmother whom we wanted to be involved in the receiving line after the ceremony. On the day of the wedding there were suppose to be 75 chairs outside for the ceremony she gave us exactly 60; when we explained that there were older guests standing she snapped back at us "he paid for 75 chairs, this is what we have." She refused to put out the additional 15 chairs that we paid for and then she disappeared for the evening. We also asked if the room was wheelchair accessible and we were told yes; unfortunately the room is raised. We had to resort to carrying two guests and their wheelchairs up/down 3 steps upon enetering the room, to use the restroom, etc. I will never attend another function at this venue. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The coordinator lost a big sales opportunity 4 of the members of the bridal party, including myself, are engaged and looking for possible venues; it's safe to say we ALL eliminated La Galleria from the list of possibilities read more
