We never needed a contract and squared up with the Manager Nick T. Prior to using the space. We have always rented the space for the same time duration. This year the Italian club decided to stock and man the bar in the room. We usually use it to hold our lunch pizza or sandwiches but we were told "No" because it was a bar. We did not ask for this. Out Sale goes from 10 am to 2 pm. Our customers as well as ourselves don't attend this event to drink. They made NO money. Maybe that's why the next thing happened.... 3 of our women who handled the check out for the sale were the last to leave after we cleaned up the space. They were accosted at the door as they were leaving. The Manager Nick chased after shaking them down for more money for the space stating " we went 2 hours over the agreed time according to the contract and wanted another $150 or he would call the Police. ". These poor ladies felt threatened and intimidated but asked to see the contract since the person in charge of renting from our organization had already left. Well it was a gentlemens agreement with no contract, but nonetheless the Manager went and typed up a contract and demanded they sign it or Police would be involved. Our representative didn't want any trouble, signed and wrote a check out for another $150. We will NEVER go back to this club and from this day forward will always do a contract. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TREATMENT

This venue is deceptive from the outside; it is much more spacious than you would imagine! The large room can hold nearly 300 people and the smaller room about half that number. I was impressed that the cost of rental included all of the set up/take down for tables (round or rectangle, your choice) and chairs; unlike our venue of last year. We were allowed early access and had the entire day to set the room for Trivia, the raffle and dinner. The kitchen is spacious, well appointed and clean! Grace, the manager, was beyond helpful! She loaned us a number of dishes, put flowers on the tables, made the coffee and even helped advertise the event to their regular BINGO people! I could see this Club as a place for weddings, with it's lovely wooden bar, large rooms and parking lot, and grove at the back. The Lake Erie Italian Club is a gem....and so is Grace!

Because of a mix-up at work, we arrived about an hour late. It was clear that almost everyone was done eating or at least finishing. However, the food at the buffet was still hot and fresh. There weren't any apparently available seats at the set tables (it was hard to tell where people were sitting) so we ended up sitting at an unset table right next to the set tables. I was a little surprised that none of the servers seemed to notice that we had sat down and were eating but were missing many of the things from the regular settings. No one asked if we needed water or coffee, and we were completely skipped over when they served cake. In all fairness though, we did arrive an hour late and, with people mingling, it would be hard to know whether we had just arrived or whether we had simply moved from our table to chat with others. That single complaint aside, the food was good, the space was lovely, and the family members who organized the shower had nothing but good things to say about having had it here. (In fact, they had switched from another venue to this one.) I'm a firm believer in reviews that give you the big picture experience. And that I think that experience here is 5 stars. So if you're out in the OP area, consider checking out La Galleria.

Andd could not eat the dessert. The bartenders were super nice and took very good care of us. I would say go and try it and ask about where to park if u plan on a med sized event. And make sure there is enough food and ask about dietary restrictions.

The space is set up and decorated beautifully! So many different spots to take pictures or just hang out. And then the actual banquet area was very spacious and looked very elegant with the string lights, tablecloths and cloth napkins. Everyone who walked in couldn't believe how great the space was. The food was also fantastic! We just had a regular dinner buffet with baked chicken, roast beef and sides, but everything was very tasty! The star of the meal was the chef selection of mini desserts! Everyone raved about it and everything was absolutely delicious! I could have eaten those lemon bars all weekend. The thing that put everything over the top was the courtyard. Everyone did not see it as soon as they came in but once they did venture outside, no one wanted to come back in. Good thing the program part of the banquet was already over. We took wonderful pictures. The fire pit was lit, and everyone just wanted to stay for as long as possible. I only wish we could have stayed past 10. The only downside was the A/V. But i think if you are bringing your own speakers and things, it would be fine. All in all, I would absolutely, unquestionably refer this space to anyone looking to have an event. We had around 120 people, and we were in the larger room, but even the smaller room looked great when I peeked in.

There was a coffee and tea station set up at the banquet room entrance, serve yourself and pitchers of water were on the table and offer refilled. For lunch we were served chicken cordon bleu, baby carrots, roll and butter and cheesecake for dessert. The meal was good, I wish once they started serving food they would have put a coffee carafe on each table.

The main party space is a converted barn. It's rustic and elegant all at the same time. For the wedding there was also a huge tent outside with easy access between the two. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous -- the exposed brick, huge arched doorways, original wood, warm lighting, and historic character were the perfect backdrop for the romantic, vintage-inspired wedding we envisioned. I had a pretty specific decorating vision, and it wasn't necessarily a traditional one. We used tons of ferns and greenery, brass candlesticks and candelabras, candles, vintage gold details, family photographs, and bowls of fruit as our centerpieces rather than traditional floral arrangements. I gave the team fairly detailed instructions for how I wanted everything arranged, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They didn't just put our decorations out -- everything felt thoughtfully styled. The little finishing touches they added made the entire space feel cohesive and intentional. We had several meetings leading up to the wedding to work through the décor and all of the smaller details, and I really appreciated how willing they were to help us create something that felt personal to us. The finished room didn't feel remotely like a cookie-cutter wedding. Even a friend of ours who works professionally in events was incredibly impressed with the aesthetic and how beautifully everything was executed. The food was AMAZING and was one of the things we heard about most from our guests afterward. Everyone raved about it. The dessert bar was fantastic, and I cannot recommend the late-night snack station enough. We did pizza, wings, and pretzels, and it was a huge hit. The drinks were great as well. I also really want to mention how well they accommodated dietary restrictions. My brother has celiac disease -- he isn't simply gluten-free by preference, and avoiding cross-contact is extremely important for him. The team was able to provide gluten-free food for him while taking his celiac disease seriously, and he was able to eat at our wedding without having any symptoms afterward. Anyone with celiac disease knows how stressful eating at a large catered event can be, so having him be able to safely enjoy dinner with everyone else meant a lot to us. Another huge bonus is the location for photography. There are so many completely different backdrops right outside the venue -- historic architecture, downtown streets and cityscapes, beautiful buildings, and green spaces. We were able to get everything from elegant architectural portraits to downtown photos to pictures surrounded by greenery without having to travel elsewhere. Most importantly, the Pearl Street team gave us the flexibility to make the wedding genuinely feel like ours. We had a somewhat unconventional aesthetic and a lot of little details that mattered to us, and they took our ideas seriously and executed them beautifully. Walking into the finished space and seeing everything together exceeded what I had pictured in my head. The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and our guests had an amazing time. We would absolutely recommend Events at Pearl Street and The Webb to anyone looking for a Buffalo wedding venue with character, great food, and a team that can help bring a unique vision to life.

I saw the space beforehand, but never seen an event at the Stone cellar and I have to say I was blown away with my event. I was looking for the most reasonably priced option to hold a ceremony and brunch, and I got this place for a steal. Brides looking to book a wedding on a budget and that are willing to do the non-traditional thing, I highly recommend the space and doing a brunch. My guest raved about the food and I could go on forever with every detail of amazing customer service and exceptional execution of my vision. I held my entire event here for less than $2000 for 50 people that included the ceremony fee, the $50 bartender fee, the food and unlimited sodas, coffee and tea. I know prices increased since I booked but it's still an affordable option. The stone cellar was perfect and such a beautiful and intimate space for a small group of 50. Please consider this if you're looking for a smaller more affordable option. They now offer micro packages that are incredibly cheap and beautiful. The only thing I will mention is parking behind Pearl is not actually free but the venue accommodated us beyond expectation.

It included scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, pastries, freah fruit, coffee, and juice. I was surprised there were no non-sweet bread or rolls. The meal itself was between a 3 and 4. Not bad. Just nothing special. What always stands out here is the service. Today we asked one of the servers, jeff, if the coffee was ready yet. He said no but then reappeared a couple minutes later with a fresh pot from the kitchen. He reacted the same when someone mentioned (jokingly) they wished they had a mug rather than a cup he appeared again with a mug! This while also trying to set up service for about 20 other tables. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond! Makes such a difference in a dining experience especially when the food was average. Too busy catching up with friends, forgot pictures! 2023-27
