Instead of showing an ounce of compassion, decency, or professionalism, Ashlynd chose to be rude, condescending, and outright demeaning. She talked down to me, belittled me over the communication gap, and made it very clear she wanted me to feel small over my financial timing. Let that sink in: I was considering paying this company $80,000, and this is how I was treated. It was arrogant, cruel, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be chastised or made to feel "less than," especially while dealing with a life-altering medical crisis.
