He was super upfront about what he could do and gave us recommendations even if we didn't move forward with him. He answered ALL of our questions and made us feel very at ease (especially after working with a contractor that was the complete opposite). Aston emailed me a very detailed and reasonable quote that evening and we hired him that next day. He is seriously one of the best contractors I've worked with (I work with contractors for a living so I've seen the full spectrum of good, bad, and ugly). He is super friendly and VERY communicative. I would rather have someone that over-communicates than under, because it removes assumptions from both sides. The work he does looks really great. He is extremely tidy and cleaned up the areas at the end of every day. He was able to match the old French lace texture we have over a fairly large area.
