In the upcoming days after the oil change, I noticed a pretty hefty oil leak. I called and spoke to Juan, he agreed to taking a look and fixing the oil leak that they caused at no cost. After bringing the car in, they fixed the issue but charged me $140. The leak was due to one of the mechanics putting in the wrong bolt and putting it in improperly. After talking to Juan about what they did to my car, the mechanic confirmed that he KNOWINGLY put the wrong bolt in causing the leak. This oil leak is going to result in me receiving a fine from my apartment complex due to the damage to the parking lot asphalt. So, although he fixed the car, he charged me $140 for their own mistake and treated us so disrespectfully and had no remorse for how they scammed me. It's very disappointing because it's so hard to find a decent mechanic on the westside. Instead of being a good person and handling things well, he would rather run a crooked business and put loyal and paying customers into a bad position.

Every time I visit they make me laugh, even when I've just been dealing with the DMV! 4. They are really helpful, I was getting a safety for a friend's lapsed registered vehicle and they explained the process much better than the DMV, and made sure I knew the next step in the process.
