Now, the past 6 months, during a pandemic we are paying an extra $700 a month and we can't do a thing about it unless we completely refinance. And that doesnt include the extra few thousand we had to pay for city taxes and could only get resolved after almost a year because the committee overseeing that issue meets twice a year.
