This company was contracted to tow my vehicle by my HOA on Thursday December 11, 2025. While my…read morevehicle was was parked in a way that it was partially obstructing the sidewalk and I agree the HOA may have been within their rights to try to have it towed. T he tow company dragged my vehicle while it was in park. I was able to get my vehicle released before the tow was completed via a negotiated drop fee. However the driver attempted to charge me a drop fee of $129 originally which according to the OH revised code and the PUCO they can only charge for the tow if the tow is completed and then they offered to reduce the drop fee to $65 after a lot of arguing which $64.50 is the most they would legally be allowed to charge by law. They also told me it would be over $360 if it was towed which also violates the Ohio revised code and PUCO guidelines. They can only charge $129.00 for the tow plus $17.00 per day for storage and $25.00 administrative fee (administrative fee is only in some cases) plus they could potentially charge $150.00 additional, but only if I attempted to retrieve the vehicle after hours. When all was said and done I negotiated a drop fee of $24.00. However, after dragged my vehicle while it was in park now my brake light is on and when I requested their insurance information to file a claim and have their insurance investigate to determine what damage they did to my vehicle they refused to provide their insurance information. This company is a predatory tow company and I will be reaching out to the PUCO to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Most shops and towing companies were closed but not Fast Friendly's. They had a tow truck sent to me within 30 mins. I continued my trip in a different vehicle and asked if they could do everything possible to have my car done 2 days later on my way back through after skiing. They met the short timeline, despite having to tow my vehicle, order a special part (drive train baring), install, and quality check their work. I could not be happier with the service. I had the best case scenario thanks to Fast Friendly's. They even charged me less than quoted because they did not use all the parts they thought were needed. Josh the manager provided timely updates via text the whole time and I am very pleased. 5 stars. I can't thank them enough.
