In late summer I had arranged an order for pick up on my scheduled day and the driver came earlier in the week. Honest mistake, we cheerfully arranged again for that Friday. On Friday my order is never picked up. I call about it, the driver was out for surgery prep and apologetic (completely understandable) and he sent the sub to come back. He did. My items are missing in the system including a vintage handbag I requested be repaired and cleaned plus a pair of leather leggings that I wanted the OUTSIDE LEG SEAMS reinforced as I noticed they popped loose in a few spots. Not outright tears, but when a seam comes slightly loose right before it gives. These will both be important later. I call and ask; scanning didn't work. The manager asked me to list my items to ensure they have it correct. I give him all of it including reiterating the strap repair on the bag and the seam repair on the leggings. I get the blouses and leggings back immediately. The handbag is missing in their system. It comes back multiple weeks (!) later. It was cleaned, but there was obviously no strap repair made. This gives me pause as it's been too warm for leather pants so I pick them up and immediately see the loose spots in the outside leg seams. I call and leave an upset but civilized message. Nothing was done that I had personally discussed with a live person AND I had put notes in their system for each item!! I get called back on Monday (msg left Saturday) and the manager says he for some reason thought I wanted the hems reinforced and just I guess blocked out the purse repair entirely. He offers to make it right on the house. Naively I thought it would be so I said sure. Again my items were gone for a month. When they returned, the leggings are now worse than before and basically unwearable. I have no clue what they could have done because I was extended clear multiple times I wanted the OUTSIDE LEG SEAMS fixed. How hard is that? Like what is going on they can't manage this? The purse had a spot damaged that is now popping off that wasn't before I sent it, too. They did the strap though so that's something. They also couldn't be bothered to give me a head's up about delays due to needing "special needles" even though they advertise themselves as handling handbags. I can't ever conceive of picking Brothers over any other shop. They cannot even follow basic requests or instructions.

They ruined a $200 blazer that I dropped off…read more Did not take any accountablilty and only blamed the manufacturer for using color on the blazer. None of this was conveyed to me. They put the blazer in the middle of the clothes. It was not until I checked that they said something. Additionally, they broke the button off the other blazer and replaced it with a gold one. Not even the same type or color of button. They said NOTHING about any of this. Now they are not willing to reimburse for anything. DO NOT take your clothing here.

Low and behold I try it on 2 months before my wedding that is in October 2014 and I can't even get it zipped past my hips. Panic mode!! I did some research and figured out I could add a corset and have the seams let out but it would cost me at least 500 bucks at David's and all these work from home seamstress were booked up. My wedding planner recommended lees tailor at Crabtree mall where she had success with her other brides 'dress disasters. I brought my dress in, the ladies circled my dress while I'm wearing it for about 5 min and then said "we can fix this". Sounded too good to be true. All I had to do was go to Joanns fabrics down the street, match my dress to 2 yards of fabric and they added a corset. They also let out 2.5 inches from my waist and back side. After 3 fittings and tweaks here and there PLUS hemming the bottom to fit my very comfortable flat shoes my dress is saved!! And for less than 200 bucks. I can't thank them enough. They have so many bad reviews on here and I was only going by blind faith in my wedding planner but I am so glad I came here. These ladies were so kind and they work fast. Thank you!

They are a very busy establishment and had a system that works. I would recommend them for sure.

To the contrary with this laundromat. The attendant at the time I visited was Latoya. She immediately asked if she could help me. Totally showing me the ropes in a matter of minutes. Evidently, they have moved up into the 21 century. They have all the conveniences. No need for rolls of coins or hoping you have the correct denomination of bills. You now can use your debit/credit card or legal tender to load up a little laundry card, after you do a lil registration of course, (takes about 2 mins). It spits it out and you just use that to Pay and also to tell the system who you are and what machine you are using. Once your wash cycle is done, it will text your phone to let you know which machine has completed its task. Yeahhh, its not in the best of neighborhoods, but I have to say...at no time did I feel concerned or apprehensive for my safety or worried about my vehicle. Plenty of windows, giving you a clear view of the ample parking lot.
