Today I contacted them again as the GE service tech company never came out and asked how they were going to correct this - and was referred to GE. I informed him I was within my 30 days in the state of Ohio to return this defective product and asked when they would be retrieving this merchandise and refunding our monies. Crickets...and then stated that would not happen. As I advised him my next call will be BBB and the State Atty General - I would steer clear from this place (sad too because we prefer to spend our hard earned money with small businesses) but I expect them to treat customers better too. Try Lowe's, Menards or Home Depot less personable but vastly better customer service. He has the Ease bed himself and said it's been a game changer for his back, which was injured in a car accident. Bill, the manager of the store, and Mike answered all my questions. I was able to set up delivery on the day of my choice, two days later. I asked if the delivery people would wear shoe protectors when they came in the house. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me. This is the kind of thoughtful, personalized service you don't get anymore! Bruce called me the morning of delivery and said I was the second on the truck.
