When I was ready to purchase, my partner and I were able to spend time lying on our top choices before making our final selection. The return policies were clearly outlined before purchase. I appreciate that the Original Mattress Factory does not resell returned mattresses after being in someone's home as I am guaranteed a new mattress. I also purchased two of the pillows sold by OMF and they are the very best pillows I have ever used. I have a neck problem and this is the only pillow that offers the support that I need and keeps its shape after a night's sleep. The pillow is so soft and comfortable too. I informed him I was within my 30 days in the state of Ohio to return this defective product and asked when they would be retrieving this merchandise and refunding our monies. Crickets...and then stated that would not happen. As I advised him my next call will be BBB and the State Atty General - I would steer clear from this place (sad too because we prefer to spend our hard earned money with small businesses) but I expect them to treat customers better too. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me.
