Now I have to leave work for a third time, and watch, his mistake will cost me more money. I am a lawyer in California and have done business with numerous process servers. I uploaded the…read moredocuments on the ABC website and they were served in downtown New York City the next morning. It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.

In his report of being unable to serve and saying the address was not a good address, he indicated he would not serve the papers by going to the physical address due to a "no trespassing" sign located in the community. Instead, and I am not making this up, he claimed he sat in a nearby parking near the service address blowing his car horn, presumably, in an effort to get the attention of the person he was supposed to be serving at the address he refused to go to because of the no trespassing sign. Hired another server and the process was served the very next day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We were on our way out of town and rushing after dealing with one issue after another and stopped…read morein at Chelan Auto License to get a trip permit for a trailer we were pulling.. Their Internet was down so she said we could only pay cash, no cards. Asked if they would stay open so we could run to the bank to get cash out, she said maybe. We ran to the bank for cash ... rushed back, got there 3 mins after closing and she had closed already. If you're not going to wait even 5 minutes, just say that. It's not my fault the internet isn't working at your office. I know it's not yours either but you could've tried to stay open at least 5 minutes. My husband and I and our two kids were just trying to get home in time for work on a 16 hour drive after seeing family here up the Methow for Christmas. I used to live here and I know there are people with very kind hearts. This was just a little surprising. :(
