We ran to the bank for cash ... rushed back, got there 3 mins after closing and she had closed already. If you're not going to wait even 5 minutes, just say that. It's not my fault the internet isn't working at your office. I know it's not yours either but you could've tried to stay open at least 5 minutes. My husband and I and our two kids were just trying to get home in time for work on a 16 hour drive after seeing family here up the Methow for Christmas. I used to live here and I know there are people with very kind hearts. This was just a little surprising. :(

It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.
