This owner has major problems. He accepted a warranty job…read morefrom GE. at my home. Scheduled it for a Thursday with GE. I called and left a detailed message for him on that Monday. He sent a text saying "I am not available" Later that same Monday after him not returning my call... I called again. He answered. He appeared under the influence of something. I did not drug test him, but I'd guess alcohol. He was SO RUDE to me, yelled at me. He claimed to not know who I was, or what I was talking about, at all. He was nonsensical when he said: "I can't service you today"... I never mentioned him servicing me that day. The message I left was about the upcoming Thursday service call he accepted from GE. He asked me something repeatedly. I said "it's all in the message I left". He became enraged by my response and hung up on me. click. Like so many reviews on here mention. You cannot run a business hanging up on people, because you are enraged within yourself. Then 2 days later on Wed. I texted back to see if he was coming on Thursday. His "scheduler" responded later that day and said He had know idea who I was (see below) or what I appointment was talking about. Then Thursday morning the day of the scheduled service (Thursday, see below) they cancelled the service completely with GE. This caused a 10-day delay in my issue getting serviced. The owner of this business also lies to cover his apparent alcohol problems. See attached photos. After reading thru the other 1-star reviews that span years of this same abusive behavior being reported on here; I cannot believe GE would still use him!

I hired CEG in the spring for my studio's urgent digital maintenance needs. I paid $1,000 for a…read more"full assessment" and a recommendation for a new RAID system (a $10K+ emergency). The service was an absolute failure: Zero Urgency & Unprofessionalism: It took MONTHS--not days--to get an equipment estimate, despite being hired for quick response. There were constant delays, missed deadlines, and all-around poor communication. Hidden Fees & Massive Overcharge: Their final quote was a shocking $19,000--nearly double the initial estimate. A closer look revealed an undisclosed, hidden surcharge on all hardware, and $1,600 more than B&H Photo for the main RAID system. Rude Management & Illegal Practices: When I called to question the surcharges and ask for my $1K fee back, the supervisor was rude and condescending, defending the "normal" surcharges. Admitted to Illegal Recording: Most alarmingly, the person I was speaking with admitted on the call that he was illegally recording the conversation without my consent, only stopping the recording midway through. As California is a two-party consent state, this is a clear violation of state privacy laws and demonstrates a complete disregard for ethical and legal business conduct. I would advise everyone to steer clear of CEG. They overcharge, hide fees, lack professionalism, and engage in deeply questionable business practices. Jim G.

Ends up it was the screen that had come detached and needed replaced. Unfortunately the cost of the repair was more expensive than the worth of the phone. So they were able to put it back together, better than when I dropped it off, and didn't charge me anything. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous, definitely first class service. If you go to Google Maps and enter in 99 west north in Healdsburg, this is the door we entered, the one in the middle with the awning. Everyone we interacted with in this bldg was super extra nice. I recounted how frustrated we were with our seemingly unique internet needs, and someone (wish I could recall his name) ended up hooking us up (aka for FREE) with a slightly used (but still working) DSL modem/router that works great. In short, go see these guys about your tech/networking needs, they will actually take the time and talk with you about stuff, rather than professing total ignorance at their own products then shoo-ing you out the door (like some other name-brand tech stores around here).
