I had Tom come out a year or so ago to help me get the internet system working. I'm in the country, and my service has to bounce off another house. He fixed it, charged me very little, and was pleasant and easy. What's not to like? The internet service went down again last week. I had the provider company come out and they couldn't fix it. If I could give this place no stars I would. I dealt with Tom Hutchins - I believe he is the owner of this business. I recently had a problem with our QuickBooks server, apparently the server crashed and he was unable to fix the problem. He continuously dodged my phone calls and emails and never responded - unprofessional behavior especially for a business person. Apparently he couldn't fix the problem and instead of just explaining that to me - on my last attempt to contact him he answered my phone call and told me he no longer worked for me.
