I think they cut many corners. The health department needs to take a look. Take some pride in what you offer. Especially when the pricing is a bit much for what you get.

This deli went from having amazing sandwiches to having some of the worst I have ever come across. As a long time customer of this place, my friends and I have decided to never come here again. They pretty much always had poor customer service except for a few employees. Now it is awful!! One employee always gives you an attitude when you order a chicken tender wrap or plays dumb because he doesn't want to make it. FaaaSheeeiit The prices are outrageous and have gotten even worse since they cut down the amount of meat,lettuce etc on sandwiches. I have 8 other friends that used to get sandwiches there at least twice a week. Let's say an average of 10 dollars a sandwich. That's 160 dollars a week that we used to spend there. Now multiply that by the 52 weeks of the year ($8,320). That's what they will be losing a year in business. I hope anyone who reads these reviews does not go HERE! Go to Pot Belly Deli on Route 112. read more

Horrible, probably the worst deli around. Employees with attitudes and the cook puts hard egg shells on the sandwiches, so before you eat (specially if you have children) inspect your food! I'm pretty sure everyone is on drugs or drunk most of the time since they have no idea or are even coherent. I would rather go to McDonald's to eat breakfast there and that's saying a lot. Heck 7eleven's breakfast is better. I would post a picture with the sandwich filled with the egg shells but I can't unfortunately. The best thing that would happen is for that place to be shut down immediately before someone gets food poisoning. read more

I used to work there..the place is horrible...if you saw the kitchen u would never eat there..the chicken cutlets are gross they are from a box frozen....the new owner is a complete jerk and clueless and hates all the customers ...and the prices are outrageous!!!!Anywhere else it will be 2 dollars less for your sandwich!!!Save your time and money and go to a real deli!!! read more

It was packaged in paper cups wrapped in Saran Wrap. By the time it made it to us the coffee had sufficiently spilled out of the cups which saturated the paper and made the Saran Wrap a wet mess to get off. Other than that I would highly recommend them for breakfast food even if it will be delivered.

They serve hot food as well as standard sandwiches and they stuff the sandwiches quite a bit, almost too much. The service at the counter is always friendly when they take my order. The issue is, they are extremely overpriced. A bologna sandwich on a simple roll and a seltzer should not be approximately $20. The chicken cutlets are microwaved when they are ordered and they just aren't good and they are very pricy. Also, they don't sell drinks in cans, which would be a bit cheaper because a bottle of soda for $4 is just not fair. If you want a standard deli sandwich, at a reasonable price, I'd try a different deli in the area.
