I had to wait a couple of minutes because the manager was helping an older gentleman who's car they had just serviced and noticed that the windshield wiper wasn't working and grabbed his tools fixed it quickly for free so he could get home safely in the storm. They had an opportunity to sell me something I didn't end up needing, but I would've believed them if they said I did and already half agreed that I'd be open to new ones - e.g. could've scammed me but they were honest. Nice to find especially as a woman. It turned out it was a minor issue that they fixed for free. They do try and upsell a bit here and there but that's to be expected TBH, that's how they make money. It never feels too pushy and they accept a no without pushing further. I'll come back for my next set.
