I scheduled an oil change the day before the appointment - not only did they get me in the next day but my oil change was finished in less than 30 minutes. It was also provided at a competitive price. My hubby has also had some services done here as well and both of us are impressed with their service. As an added benefit, they have an awesome waiting room for guests with free WiFi and a great mixture of seating locations and beverages. Recently had service with Tire Pros and things didn't go as planned for me or them. Their manager Brian went over and beyond to fix the situation, quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about how he handled it. i was informed that my vehicle had several seal leaks and that they also recommended flushing transmission I agreed to have the repairs performed. 4 days later and less than 100 miles I noticed a very large puddle of red fluid on floor. upon review, it was leaking all over the underside of car. Brought vehicle back and was informed that it was a transmission hose leak and that it was no covered because tire pros didn't touch that hose. " these things just go out" so another $300. Brought my car up there to get a wheel alignment , didn't get a response about the car so decide to call back after 2 weeks of it sitting there they told me they would get on it in a day or 2 called back 2 days the car was ready to be picked up . I got the car towed home because I was at work I went to drive the car after work the wheel was shaking like it never had an alignment , so I caked them back asked them to look at the work an if they couldn't get the alignment straight to look for a new lift kit , 3 weeks later I cal to check on my car and they ask who I was and what needed to be done to the car so all in all I waited over a month and a half to tell me they could no do the lift because they couldn't find the parts which I find hard to believe but I will never recommended or send any business to this shop again horrible establishment I guess if ya don't got a pick up truck they don't wanna touch your car smh read more

Went to Tire Pros for the first time for an oil change. Steering wheel was filthy. They reset my tire rotation schedule even though I didn't get a tire rotation. Went out of town right after that and I came home to a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Never had any issues with getting an oil change at Fleet Farm for years. Returned the vehicle to Tire Pros...they replaced a gasket. Didn't get any paperwork for this fix. Now why would I all of a sudden need a gasket replaced after just having my vehicle there? Didn't they check these things during the vehicle inspection? Or did they break this gasket during the oil change? Makes you go hmmmm. read more

If I could I would give them a negative star I would!!! I brought Tire pro's a new in the box set of American Force 24" wheels and a brand new set of Toyo Proxes tires. I wanted them mounted and balanced. I wanted thier best mounting and balancing ( road force balancing) which cost more along with nitrogen instead of air. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm, I dropped them off and went to run some errands. I called at 3:30 and they hadn't started them but the guy said they are going to get started on them now. I called back at 6pm and they weren't still done, he said they are working on them, I called again at 6:55 pm knowing they close at 7pm and said they're working on them now, they finished at 7:30pm, for a 1:30 appointment it took 6 hours and they didn't even have to mount the tires and wheels on the truck, we loaded them in he back of my truck. The next day I installed them on my truck. The tire are directional and so are the wheels. They installed the tires on the wheels wrong direction, didn't put valve stem caps, did fill tires with nitrogen, and didn't do the road force balancing, they did the basic balance. I called the next morning and told them what they had done. I told them I was concerned because these wheels are polished aluminum just handling them can cause scratches yet removing the tires from the wheel could damage them. The guy said he would put his best guy on them. (1 tire and wheel cost over $1500 a piece) that is why I was concerned!! So I setup an appointment for 1pm and said my wife will wait for it and how long would it take? He said less than an hour. My wife went there and went inside and sat in there waiting area, she said they hadn't even pulled it in after 50 minutes of waiting. So she had a friend come pick her up and go to lunch. My wife went back and truck was done and parked in their lot. ( I told my wife before you leave check all the wheels for damage before you leave) so she did and found scratches and damage, she went back inside to tell them and showed them the damage and they didn't want to come look at them and said the guy that fixes them wasn't there and they would call us. My wife called and told me that there was damage and they said they could fix them and she showed me the pictures. There was scratches on one wheeel and a big gouge on the other. ( so wish I would of brought the truck there instead So I call and talked to the assistant manager he assured my that they would take care of it and asked if I could send a picture and he would get a hold of me. Well they didn't call me so I called them. He asked if I could I bring the truck in so they could look at it. I said I would the next day. I was waiting inside their store when I saw 3 guy's looking at my wheel, I went out and the one guy said looks like you hit a pot hole to me. ( I took the truck to a shop that sells and installs tires and wheels to ask them what they think happened, the shop said " I know exactly what happened, they didn't fold the arms in on the lift that raises the truck before they backed it out. He show me where sharp hit the wheel and then poked into the tire, he said it was a metal object that did the damage not a curb, if it was a curb or a pot hole it wouldn't look like the wheel was cut.) Tire pros said they didn't do it and they weren't going to fix it. We got into a argument and he told me to get off their property. He ended up yelling at me me to leave. This shop has done tires for me before and we have never had a problem. If you have to use them make sure you inspect the wheels thoroughly before you leave there shop. Do not leave till damage is documented and if they won't agree to fix call the cops so you have proof. Had my brake work done on 9/28/22. Paid $650.00 for the job. Brought the vehicle back four times because of a squeaking sound coming from my breaks. I was told the third time back that they had their "master" mechanic double check the squeak. The issue was never corrected. I'm through with their company and I would recommend you seek out a better repair shop. read more

I had a 9am appointment, that I called and scheduled the day before, dropped my truck off a little early, and drove by an hour later truck was still in the parking lot, they told me it would be done at noon, called at noon, and they told me the tires were not even there yet, the truck was delayed, could of used that information when I dropped it off!!! Could have just dropped my truck off when the tires showed up. Didn't end up getting my truck back till 5:30pm that day, very unsatisfied, will not be going back! What's the point of making and appointment? When they either knew or didn't know if my tires were there? and ruining my hole day off where I could of used my truck. read more

Don't usually care to write bad reviews but now, less than 1 year after having pretty much my entire suspension replaced I will be back (to a different shop) to address problems that have existed ever since Tire Pros (pros at upselling and creating more work for them) touched my car. The repair itself took far longer than they had estimated, was defective when I picked it up meaning I had to bring the car back, and was never right after bringing it back. They are overpriced and take advantage of opportunities to create more revenue for themselves while providing poor service and poor workmanship. Look elsewhere for your auto repair needs. read more

I will never go to the Hudson Wis. store again. They told me that ball joints had to be replaced before they would do an front end alignment. They were asking me to pay a $700 dollar bill before they would even to the work. I know little about cars so I checked the ball joints myself afterword. I had the work done at another shop and they also verified that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle ball joints. A pure case of trying to rip a customer off. read more

When I bought my car in to get new tires, the tire pressure sensor light was not on.One hour and forty-five minutes into waiting,Josh told me I needed a new sensor.After leaving and seeing the tire pressure light on,I looked up info on changing tires and pressure sensors.This is a common mistake that happens when changing tires, the sensor gets busted. It was just insulting and a lot shady to have them deny this happened. No light on when I drop car off, light on when I leave but somehow they did not do it???? Used them a handful of times over the last couple of years because they were conveniently located. In general, horrible customer service, high prices, and they are constantly recommending additional services and can never quite seem to explain why they are necessary. Feels like they try to pray on those without a lot of automotive knowledge. Specifically, I recently had them replace all four tires. Within a week, both the back two tires were very flat. I had bought the warranty (which I thought was a rip off at the time, but turned out to be helpful), so I brought it back in. The owner tells me I was negligent because I drove on flat tires, causing the back pair to be ruined. He tells me he'll do me a favor and honor the warranty if I replace all 4 tire sensors, which are now all faulty. (They thought one might be bad when I picked he car up from them the first time, and offered to fix it for $89. I declined). Also, it's not like my tires all deflated before I had the new set, they were just old... none of the employees can explain this anomaly to me. The cherry on top is that I dropped my car off at 7:30am. When I went to pick it up at 6:45pm, they had forgotten to work on my car. They tried to tell me that the tires got in late, but I called them on it and the employees admitted that they had a "miscommunication" and no one worked on my car. 45 minutes later they are done. No idea how this business retains any of its customers. I will never use them again and if your reading this, I suggest you do the same. read more

Only went here in a pinch due to needed a new tire that went flat on my way into town. The tire was fine but I didn't have them put it on. They never called when the tire arrived. We ended up just going there to check an hour after it should have been ready, but it wasn't so we had to wait longer there. Poorly managed, terrible customer service. I ordered a set of tires and when they came in, they were the wrong size for my car. When they re-ordered them, they ordered the wrong tire all together. After that mess up, they couldn't find the tire any more so I had to go to a different tire store to get what I wanted. I found myself having to call them for an update. They never returned my calls when they said they would. I probably wasted 4 hours between the two visits that I was there. On one visit I was there for a couple hours, when I got up to stretch, I noticed that my car was just sitting in the lot. Turns out my car was done and they didn't bother to tell me. They are a local company, but it was pretty pathetic. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. read more

Mgr kept asking if they ever had them in the first place. Finally found out they were still at the Hudson warehouse. Now, I need to go back and waste an hour out of my day. I was also getting an oil change so I told them to at least get that done and the mgr said it'll only take 15 min. 50 min. later I asked if they had a rookie doing my car? Manager said, "we're doing our best". BEWARE OF BEST 2hrs later. I'd hate to see their average. Bought card for 4 oil changes , they always wanted me to have other things done but I have local mechanic that handles most of that kinda stuff. Finally on my third change after waiting a hour and fifteen minutes I was called into the shop to look at one of my transmission lines that was spraying fluid all over the place. vehicle was not drivable in its current state and my local mechanic was out of town I had to have new lines put in along with a flush for about 650.00 or so, i didn't ask for the old lines but I thought about it but i just wanted out of there. I was just under the hood the day before and had snow on the ground as well and there was not a drop of transmission fluid anywhere. My feelings are threw the course of examination they helped the line develop a crack or spilt or something , i mean really a hour and fifteen minutes in there for oil change . I won't be going back because i don't trust them , what are the odds to develop a massive leak right there inside the shop. you can draw your own conclusion but be careful if you decide to have work done there.
