My wife and I visited yesterday and paid for full service. The car wash initially broke down, so we were asked to exit and wait in line again. The second wash worked. At the exit, I attempted to turn left toward the full-service vacuum and hand-drying area, but a manager named Hugo stopped me and directed me to the self-service area. When I asked why, he rudely assumed, "Because you did not pay for full service." I showed him my receipt proving that we had. After looking at the receipt, Hugo came to my window and rudely said, "You are blocking other cars," then forced me toward the self-service area despite knowing we had paid for full service. When I again asked why, he claimed, "The full service is closed." That turned out to be false. Another employee later confirmed the full-service area was still open and directed us back there. When I confronted Hugo, rather than apologizing, he simply said, "I didn't know" and continued to behave dismissively. When I said I wanted to speak with the owner because of how poorly he handled the situation, he laughed it off. If you are the owner, I strongly recommend reviewing Hugo's conduct and customer-service performance. His behavior left us with a very negative impression of the business. At approximately 11:30am this morning, I pulled into the corner of the Chevron parking lot and stepped out of my vehicle for less than two minutes to organize a few things before getting a full-service car wash. I was trying to make things easier for the employees doing the final detailing. To be clear, there was nobody in line, nobody in the car wash, and I was parked off to the side where both kiosks were still fully accessible. The place was completely dead at the time. After I got back into my vehicle and pulled up to the kiosk to purchase my wash, an employee approached and asked if I needed help. I politely said no. He then sarcastically asked, "Do you know how to do it?" I replied, "Yeah, I've done this before." He then told me, "Next time park somewhere else so you're not inconveniencing everyone else." At that point, it was obvious he came over looking for a problem, especially considering there was literally no one waiting. I asked what his issue was, he said "I'm the nicest guy that works here.." the interaction ended with me telling him to have a nice f**ing day. Later, while my vehicle was being detailed, I looked for the employee because I wanted to ask his name, but I couldn't find him. I figured he was in the back, so I let it go then proceeded to wait for my vehicle to be done. A few minutes later, I saw him walking around the detail area, not in his original uniform, giving workers high fives like he was the coolest guy at the car wash. Before he walked inside, I asked him for his name, and he responded, "Don't worry about that." So whoever you are, congratulations on being the coolest guy at the car wash with the sarcastic attitude. I personally loved this car wash for what it is... It's got great amenities and a crazy good price. At 8 bucks for the basic, that's a steal and that's all I needed. Nothing fancy They have strong vacuums and air nozzles. And they include drying towels too. It wasn't busy and my car seemed clean after with no obvious missed spots. Car wash is good but not perfect. They spray and scrub at the back of the car but to the front so usually the back of the car is clean but the front and sides gets missed at times so it remains a little dirty. Wish they scrubbed the front and sides too. So elbow grease to scrub off scum. Free vacuum too if you need. They do offer different levels of car washes at different costs. Self serve where you vacuum and dry yourself or full service where they vacuum and dry door you. Cost are different for the two. Overall, it's not that bad Pro tip - purchase their membership if you think you will get at least 3 washes or more in a month. Otherwise, just pay as you go. read more

Signed up for an unlimited wash package and wanted to use it a month before I posted on it. So, I am happy with the package I selected and the process to sign up. I do like the quality of the wash and the vacuums available as well. They also provide microfiber towels you can use to ensure you don't leave with water spots, which is certainly considerate and feels customer satisfaction centered which I appreciate. I like that they spray your car down and tires to make sure everything will be clean when the wash is complete. The staff seem pretty easygoing which makes the process run smoothly. As far as the price point, it does feel on par with other unlimited wash options in the area. When you pay 26 dollars for a car wash, drive through an automated washer, and they spend 7 minutes cleaning the inside, I feel like that is a 10 dollar at best service. My back seats were partially down, not all the way so they would clean under. They didn't even touch the seats, or clean under so. Also my inside surfaces are just as dirty as when I went in. Really good value in my opinion. I normally wash my own car but I don't have a driveway anymore since I recently moved to the area, so I am pretty picky on washing my car. (Lots of yelping in the past few weeks). I paid for one of their full service washes ($28) and I was not disappointed. I wasn't expecting much with it being a 3 star rating but for the price I paid, this was a 4-4.5 star service. I went on a Friday afternoon and I waited no more than 10 minutes. Ehhh. I paid for the full service wash and 8 guys vacuumed and cleaned my car. I thought I got lucky. But I think they were just acting. When I got back in my car the seats were not even wiped down. All they did was push buttons to get a tip. Wish I would have saved the extra 5$ tip and checked their work first. I will never be back. Let's start with the fact that I have previously reviewed this place and somehow my review has been removed. That should start you off with a picture of the quality / integrity they hold themselves up to. I drove through this morning, with the most expensive wash they have. Before they fire the rollers they also spray your car and go over it (haphazardly at best) with a foaming brush as well. I am assuming this is to help in areas the brushes, etc. don't reach very well. Hands down the worst car wash I have seen, and the self serve is expensive at that. If I could give them no stars I would. My car actually looks just as bad as when it came in. It wasn't very dirty to begin with as I was it by hand every week, just today my daughter was with me driving around and wanted to go through. The windows are still covered in dirt / dust, dirt along the body panels, looks like the results I would expect if I told my 7 year old nephew to wash my car and didn't supervise, help or train him at all. I've been going here for years and it's a great wash. Let me share my experience with the management here that should shed some light about what makes this place so special. Rained and brought my car here but forgot to bring cash or my debit cards. I didn't want the workers to not get tipped so asked the manager if I could be over charged for an item on my card or sell/Venmo. Unfortunately not possible but do you know what he did? He gave me the cash to give the workers and asked me not to worry about it. Management that cares so much for their staff is so rare these days Highly recommend. I spent $24 for their *Silver Wash* from the moment I stepped out of my car, until the time I was called to return, it was 5 minutes. The inside is VERY dusty, still dirt mark's and bug Mark's and dirty carpets. I also had to ASK for them to put the tire dressing on my tires. I was asked, well how much did you pay? Extremely disappointed. For $24, I will be driving to a FULL SERVICE car wash with MUCH BETTER service overall. I also called the car wash, asked Carlos the manager what was included (which he did tell me), told him about my experience, he asked me to drive back down to show evidence of what happened. I went to this car wash today snd bought the $9 package. I drove in with a front license plate and left without one. When I got home and noticed my plate was missing I called right away. Yes your plate is here but it's all bent up. Come on in and we will take care of you he said. Hmmm I'm thinking ok maybe they will give me some free car washes or reimburse of some kind for my plate because it is their machines that ripped it off my car. I took my wife's car there and watched while they dried the exterior and cleaned the interior. The high point was one guy took out the driver side floor mat and scrubbed it freed of collected dirt. The low point was when I got home I noticed that they didn't apply the tire shine on the passenger side of the car. This isn't the first time something like this happened. I got on the phone and spoke to the manager Andre who apologized and said he would make good on it the next day. That was also a plus. The final negative was my wife noticing that the entire passenger side of the car was still dirty as though nobody even attempted to wipe it clean after going through the washer. Never again. I even tipped these clowns $2 assuming that they did a decent job. There must have been 4-5 guys working on it. How lazy are these people? read more

My biggest gripe is that I think the robotic leader is damaging my LR wheel. I'm noticing excessive curbing. I'll have to monitor it. Otherwise, stars for the membership, the quick in/out, the easy vacuums (they're good enough) and mostly location. Every time I swap out my green rag, I get a wet one in its place. Is this product on it, or are they always just wet? Nice that someone often walks up at the prompter to help speed me through.
