Retired Doctor Ray & everyone knows my left ear is good. Since I couldn't get the tablet to work, the staff answered all the questions for me & told me to sign the Compliance Form to pay them extra $25 - I didn't understand it nor knew what I was getting into - I Was Forced To Sign It. Just happened to have a conversation with a co-worker who purchased the exact same model from Loyola University Audiology. We compared prices, she was charged $4300, I was charged $6300 from Hearing Health Park Ridge office. When I called out the huge difference in price and asked for an adjustment, I did not receive anything and I have been a loyal patient now on my 3rd pair from Hearing Health. Sadly, I won't be going back again even though my audiologist there is very good.

Since I had problems with the tablet, they did it for me, answered all the questions & told me to sign the Compliance Form which I did not know what it was - forced into paying them extra $25. First thing coming out of young inexperienced doctor was: You need new hearing aids & you have very good insurance, they will pay $5,000 (before I was even tested). There's nothing wrong with my hearing aids & I can hear good. She told me everything opposite of what my Retired Experience Doctor. The office staff, Selina, was very unprofessional. When I mentioned that online on another site, the owner who is also young & dishonest stated that girl was not in the office day of my appointment - LIED. When I had to look for a new audiologist a couple years ago, I had a recommendation to come here…read more Regina (the owner/audiologist) was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. She had me fitted for a top-of-the-line hearing aid brand and met with me several times to ensure the hearing aids were working correctly. During the first few months, I was having problems with the hearing aids (they were a brand new product) and she patiently worked with me and the hearing aid company to ensure that I had the perfect hearing aids. When I had problems with the hearing aids again a year later, she worked well with me again to get them fixed. I am very thankful for all the hard work she has put into my experience (as well as the few battery samples she's shared with me) and will be staying with her as long as I can. (As for the troubling hearing aids? None of it was her fault -- it was all on the company. She did what she could.) I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an audiologist. I also love that this is a private practice and the people working at the front desk always remember me!
