They are the only game in town so they run this business like a tyrant and give cars to whoever they want Alternative to that would be buggy taxi. They are really nice to me at least and pretty affordable / flexible. Not sure if that's same experience for everyone so can't guarantee that. But if you are hassle by Avis ppl here's an alternative you can look to.

He mentioned they were not open on Saturdays and the earliest he could get me in was Monday morning. Since we booked a boat tour launching from Lake Powell Resort, he mentioned the $27 fare cost, very reasonable & the $30 National Park Fee (for the car load) to enter the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The $30 fee is good for 7 days to utilize Glen Canyon area and can also be applied to the $80 annual National Park Pass! Tim said he'd meet us at our hotel in 5 minutes, and he was there in a snap! He was great with conversation and had us laughing! We even called Tim up after we had lunch at Driftwood Lounge in Lake Powell Resort. If you do call & need their services, be mindful of your time schedule. You could be waiting and you might not have to wait, so plan accordingly.

I first called lake Powell taxi but they were charging me $40 each way to go to the marina kayak drop off area. I called buggy taxi and they charged $27 each way plus $9 for an extra stop to pick up my suitcase. I wish I remembered my drivers name but he was really friendly VERY punctual. He literally picked me up within 5 mins of calling on the way there and then I only had to wait like 15 minutes for the return trip because I was in a remote area. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but my experience couldn't have been better with this company. The price, customer service and punctuality were top notch.

Because of the Utah Arizona time change I was an hour early ( before they opened). I waited for about 15 mins when Rick showed up to get his day started. We talked for a min and he said I would have to wait for Tresa to get all the paperwork done. He must have called her to let her know I was early. Not more than 5 mins later she shows up. Rick unlocks the gates tells me to back up my Yukon and he hooks it all up. We do are run through and off in less than 10 mins. Who does that?? Me and my family are hooked up and gone in less than 30 mins and 30 mins before they even open...AWESOME!! They really care about their customers. If you ever need PWC rentals this is the place..Fast, friendly, convenient and affordable. even if they aren't the least expensive, (but they are) you will not have a bad experience at H2O. The PWC's we got were brand new. One had 17 hrs and the other 21hrs. We rented them for a full week and the price was by far the best in the entire area. Not just Page, but all the places between St George and Page. We never had a problem but Rick said if we did to call him and he'd take care of it. We had 28 family members on the lake for a week and between the boats and the PWC's we rented it was the best time ever on the Lake. Thank you Rick and Tresa for being part of such a memorable time on the Lake. See you in 2020 at the next family reunion at Powell.

Excellent! Excellent! Fantastic! We called these guys in a panic on weds afternoon because our van…read morewas overheating at around 3pm. They answered and told us to bring in our vehicle and they would do what they could that day. We had it towed to the shop by 4pm. We had called several others before and were told we couldn't be seen until the next day, maybe. We needed to return home to LA on Thursday. The guys at Affordable stayed two hours past closing to assess our problem and make a game plan. Bad thermostat was the issue and after doing compression tests and changing the thermostat, we were back on the road with no issues at all on the way to LA the next day. We can't thank them enough and considering they had us by the tacos, they charged us an extremely fair price. Great response, great communication, great service, and great price! Thanks for saving our vacation.
