Zero Stars - They Stole Our Money…read more My wife booked a room here well in advance, and what she walked into was beyond unacceptable. The first room was moldy and disgusting. She asked to switch, and unbelievably, they put her in a room that was already occupied and trashed. When she decided she couldn't stay another minute in such conditions and said she would leave to find a different hotel, they refused to refund her. That means they kept the money for a room she never stayed in. That's theft, plain and simple. This place is filthy, poorly managed, and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other options nearby that won't treat paying guests this way.

You can definitely tell they tried to patch some stuff up, but they did their best and we were only their to sleep. I did not partake in breakfast but my husband did and he said it was okay. They had some microwaved stuff, coffee, the usual.... he said he stayed at hotels which had much worse breakfasts so this at least allowed him to get full. All the staff were EXTREMELY nice and helpful as well. I will say the definite highlight for us was the hot tub in the room. We got to take a nice bath each night and it does get VERY hot so be careful, but it was clean and we fully enjoyed it. The only downside for us is the towels had some stains on it... which was a little gross and definitely could be improved but we got more towels and it was very easy to get assistance. I would still recommend this place if you want a good hot tub in the bedroom and only there to sleep. I would definitely come back. I believe It was about $350 in total so decent price as well.

Towers on the Grove North Myrtle Beach…read more3 bedroom/ 3 bath Room 330 Positives: 1) Nice flat beach area. 2) Good location. 3) Good outside area (hot tub, pool and lazy river) except could not get to the beach from there due to exits being blocked. 4) Rooms were clean. Negatives: 1) Not enough handicapped parking, 10 spaces total. That equals ONE space for every two floors of the hotel. 2) Could not get to and from pool to beach area. Gate were locked and blocked by large trash cans! 3) Safe took up entire closet in the master. Absolutely no where to put luggage. Nowhere to lay anything, TV filled the chest top. 4) Areas were tight, swivel chair in Livingroom could not swivel to face the ocean. Dining table held 6 chairs, one stuck out in the floor. 5) Only bathtubs, no shower in the unit. 6) Check-in was the worst!!! Having to go way down the road to the Prince Resort. 7) Was rushed when we arrived, given less than 5 minutes to unpack car... we're not allowed to keep car there to take luggage to room even though signs there allowed 15 or 20 minutes.

I booked two King Suites for my family. In one of them, my mom got into bed and felt something…read morerough beneath the sheets. When she pulled them back, she found dried baby-making fluid. Absolutely revolting! She called the front desk and they apologized and said they would send new sheets but that there was no housekeeping available to change them so she had to do it herself. In my room the shower faucet handle was dirty. There was grime around the edges and black spots inside the knob itself. The shower curtain was unclean, with stains and discoloration along the bottom that looked like mildew. There was also a sign saying rooms are only cleaned upon request and every three days for longer stays. It shows! Once I complained, the manager told me to contact Expedia. I did and Expedia reached out to the hotel. The hotel only offered 50 percent off one night. At the very least, that night should have been fully comped. Also, if you're used to hotels where you can charge your phone on the nightstand, forget it. The only outlets are across the room unless you unplug a lamp. The word "Quality" in the name is misleading. I will never stay here again.
