Turns out that they were unable to get the parts needed to fix the engine... needed a new engine.. they quoted me 3700.00 for the engine..I found one for 1900.00 and they said they sound install it, which they did. Then I got the bill...2000.00 to diagnose and then install a 22 hp Kohler engine... no it wasn't a Ferrari. I bought the engine so it ended up being a 4000.00 engine replacement.. do you homework... that was a RIP OFF.

They have always been very accommodating, professional and gone above and beyond the call of duty. Quick note: be wary of the negative feedback. I generally look at how many times folks have left a review and then it is usually only negative feedback. I can tell you that is the case for these guys. Fantastic customer service and good SAFE equipment, and years of experience in the rental industry. They are thieves and DO NOT. One employee will tell you something and the manager does not back them. I manager stated he would never want to be an owner because doesn't like dealing with renters. I will never use this company again and I WILL be letting other companies not to use them also.
