To which she said " yes, it's not my fault!" Wow! I told her it wasn't my fault either, I wanted what it said was in the dispenser. So I asked the other girl; who I believe was new there; how much was it? She said .52 and being thirsty I paid. I then told the other one, she would serve herself well in her position to take a course in "Customer service and how to speak to people". She sarcastically responded with a nasty thank you ma'am have a good day ma'am repeating herself several times. A hateful horrible attitude from the beginning. I didn't expect any better but I wanted to let her know I was on to her hateful nasty attitude. People there have always been curteous and professional, this one however clearly hates her job and should be replaced immediately. She is really bad for your business. As I was going back to my car I was so grateful to the sweetest most precious little girl that rolled her window down and said hello with a giant smile. Bee didn't take a receipt number, order number, or anything. Right away, she kept putting the blame back on door dash and would hear that we already spoke to them, and since payment was received and processed through the subway app, they can't do anything. After explaining this to Bee, she then says we'll the manager isn't there she can't do anything. So we ask, ok when will the manager be available. Her response was that managers don't work 24/7. The whole conversation, she was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I hung up and then got contacted by Door Dash and was advised my order was taken back. They asked if I wanted a refund or a redelivery, and I chose redelivery. They representative came back on the line and told me they denied my request. I called the store back and spoke to Bee again. I told her the door dash just called and let her know what had happened. She told me she doesn't see the order at all. I asked her to check my order number, and she said she didn't have the time to. This upset me, so I asked her, and then how would she handle this situation. She advised that I call coorporate. I asked her for the number, and she said she didn't have one. I asked, "Then who do i call to get immediate resolution. She advised me to google a number for coorporate and that she had none. I even asked for the managers number, and she wouldn't provide that either. So, at this point, i got back to looking up my order then. She is now saying she has been looking this whole time even though I still haven't provided her with my order number. She then says, "Since you know how the systems work, tell me? So I explained that pos systems log their data in the system so i know there is a way to search. She then says again well ive been searching this whole time and still can't find your order. At this point, it's clear she isn't going to help at all, so I asked her for her managers name, and i have to wait until tomorrow to reach out to Shannon. This type of behavior is killing the industry. Nobody wants to deal with people like that. I will not be going to this subway from here on out and am writing corporate as well.

The weather looked stormy, but the cruise still went and the covered deck kept it easy. Nice mix of indoor lounge seating and open air if you want both.
