The food was perfectly made and served hot and on time, however one of the actual store managers was working the drive through and they chose to make a comment that I found very inappropriate to make to a guest. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S!!! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I am DEVASTATED. They gave me an OPEN POMEGRANATE VINAIGRETTE, to which I took out of my bag to see it's all over the place, and dripped on my NEW $300 REFORMATION DRESS. This is the first time I'm wearing it!!!!! I have a photoshoot today. I am crying. We can't turn around now and I don't know if I should even use an opened half gone salad dressing. NOT ONLY THAT!!!! They didn't have the caramel shake my husband wanted and he was extremely respectful when she said they don't have that, saying "it's on the menu?" And she said with an attitude "I have no control over that" yes I get it, but what is the attitude for? We had to ask for our straws or we wouldn't have got them. My husband remained extremely respectful though she forgot our order of fries as well AND ALL THREE of our honey mustards for our kid's meals. We were in a rush and this made us have to turn around to avoid fits. Their honey mustard is literally the reason we go to Wendy's. I am so angry!!!!! How do you "forget" so much. Service is fast, friendly and accurate. My spicy chicken sandwiches were served up hot and fresh. Thanks to a BOGO coupon on the receipt from my last visit, lunch and dinner are taken care of today for a little over $5. read more

This location recently renovated so the outside and inside looks clean. The only gripe I have about this particular Wendy's is it's uncanny odor. It may look clean but it definitely doesn't smell very clean. When walking into the restaurant, you're blasted with an unusual smell that makes me think that the tables are being wiped down with uncleanly rags. This can be quite unpleasant and unappetizing. I do have to admit the food is on par with any other Wendy's. Corporate Wendy's does a good job keeping the quality of food high in all its restaurants. Wendy's definitely has one of the best burgers in the fast food realm; too bad this particular location can make you lose you appetite with its smell. Okay, first to start off the man at the cash register just stares at my friend most of the time I was there. It's like he's never seen a handicap person in his life. My order took 15 minutes to do. All I ordered was two barbecue chicken sandwiches. Twice I had said no cheese and there was cheese in my order. My friends order wasn't fresh because the bun was stale. The drink I had which was soda had a soapy taste to it. I regret the $16.00 spent at this place and looking forward to never going back here! read more

Hands down the worst Wendy's establishment I have ever visited! The overall ambiance of the restaurant dining room was below expectations, at best. Upon entry, the smell was unpleasant; the best way I can describe it is that it stunk like old grease and mildew rags. The two employees at the front counter were clearly NOT happy to be working. They made no eye contact and were hesitant to speak to any customers. The tray we were served our food on was dirty; it had old dry ketchup on it. When we pointed it out to an employee, she just grabbed our food off the dirty tray and put it on another tray. The Coke Freestyle machine was out of quite a few offerings, and it was addressed 15 minutes after the employees were informed. When I say it was "addressed", an employee came out and did something to it. He walked away and the touchscreen was no longer functional. It was several minutes (and another customer pointing it out) later before it was re-addressed. When my son bit into his nuggets, he said "uh, these are cold". I walked them to the counter and waited for 3 minutes before I said "excuse me". I waited because I didn't want to be rude and interrupt the two employees who were there. They made ZERO attempt to make eye contact with me until I spoke up. I informed the employee of the nugget temperature, he simply took them from me and said "we have fresh ones now" and exchanged them. Yikes!!! No apology, no sincerity, just a matter of fact comment. I thought I would be nice to inform them of the ketchup situation, but the female employee apparently was aware as she said "the pump doesn't work" and threw 5 ketchup packets on my tray. Also, the fresh nuggets (two of them) had some type of white slime substance on them; we did not make an attempt to return to the counter again. We simply threw them away. I want to point out that the restaurant was not busy; it was 11:30am. There was another family with us who had similar issues with their food quality/temperature. They actually returned their meal and got their money back. And the icing on the cake (so to speak)....no soap in the men's room!!! GET ME OUTTA HERE!!!!! I did submit feedback to the Wendy's survey and I received an email back from a manager, who said they will address the issues I pointed out. They apologized for my inconvenience. read more

We decided to give Wendy's another shot. We went through the drive thru. I ordered two chilis and one baked potato with extra sour cream. We received 2 sour cream. i asked for 2 more sour cream please. She immediately got and attitude. I then looked in the chili bag. For two chili's we had 2 packs of crackers. I asked her for 4 more packs of crackers. She said " What?" I asked again for 4 more packs of crackers. She finally gave me the crackers. I do not mind paying for the extra items, but please do not get an attitude when I ask for them. I WILL NOT be back to this Wendys. VERY POOR SERVICE. read more

It was our first time in town, all we needed was a quick snack but once you entered there was an odor of garbage. The cashier had an attitude with us, she still couldn't hear us after we repeatedly said our order three times. She messed up our order and charged us extra. The fries were not fresh. We threw the food away. It was cold and food had weird taste. We instead went to the gas station nearby and found a Publix farther down the road. read more

The service was horrible. The lady that was serving us kept walking away instead of taking our order and there was a very long line. I was on break and only had 30 minutes to get my food and eat. Yes I should have ordered ahead of time but I was not expecting to wait 20 minutes to get my order taken when there was only 4 people in front of my. This is not so much about the food, but definitely about the Manager George I think his name is... he had a very heavy accent. well I can definitely say he is a scammer! So my boyfriend and I went there this evening and got two 4 or $4s with frosty, the frostys a 50 cents charged, no biggie right! The meal came to be almost $9 with was totally fine, yet, when we got to the window the manager George gave us the wrong order which was totally fine and a mistake, as we thought. He then made us pay for someone else's order plus ours, even though the mistake was his. My boyfriend handed him a $20 at first and then made us pay $14 for everything when our meal was ONLY $9. I guess one of the ladies working said they have been having problems with this manager; George, if you do see this, you are very in the wrong. I will not be going to this Wendy's again. We never have a good experience at this location. I arrived this afternoon and sat in line for about 10 minutes, finally got to place my order. I usually get AND is still on the menu, a half apple pecan salad and half taco salad. The voice comes across the speaker of what sounds like a disgruntled employee saying they no longer do half salads. I verified what I was told and added, they no longer do side salads either, she said no so I said then there is nothing I want. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU !! I'm not happy I can't get what I want anymore, but I'm even more unhappy that I sat there for 10 minutes for nothing! I haven't given this location any credit, just always feel like it's on borrowed time. So make sure you don't sit and waste your time in line for things on the menu but no longer available. I give, I won't be back and it's at least twice a week I'm there. It's getting more difficult with no local Publix currently for salad fixings and no fast food to depend on for salad. Ordered at window and clerk said yes everything was there. Rather than hold up line I believed her. I get home and have a taco salad (which I ordered) without the chips. When I received the bag I looked and saw the salad and questioned, but was told everything else was in the other bag. I suppose everything else was the chili, salsa and sour cream, since that was all that was in the other bag!. Too far to drive back so I guess I gave them a nice tip since no one wants a taco salad without the chips now. read more
