Not Jared-- he sleuthed the problems, promptly repaired them, and taught us about the type of system we had and how to best maintain it (we're new owners of the property last year). He also noted that no one told us about a second cover for another chamber that existed that the other company never pumped (wasn't on a riser, but he bothered to look and find out, not just pump and run). He didn't overcharge or up-sell anything. In fact, he saved us thousands of dollars. Trustworthy and very professional, also easy going and easy to talk to. A big plus.
