She was familiar with my dog breed and the cut. My dog had knots in her hair and the groomer had called me prior and informed me that they would have to cut her hair shorter. We took our old dog there and things were fine. He was use to being groomed…read more We have taken our new pup there twice. The first time they said he was matted and they pretty much cut his fur very short. The next time his coat was very uneven, he looked horrible. Before this I could brush him. We had to start desensitization, for him to be brushed again. Still picking up his feet is a fight. I have gotten him to let me brush him agin after two months. I under stand he has a very curly coat and it feels tight when brushing, but it is not matted. We have used a different groomer this last time and will continue with them.
