Instead of clearly explaining the situation and working with the insurance we had already paid for, it felt like they were using this as an opportunity to push additional charges. The communication was unclear, rushed, and honestly felt more like a sales pitch than genuine concern for my pet's well-being. What bothered me the most was the lack of transparency. Why wasn't this issue identified beforehand? And why wasn't the insurance properly applied or even discussed as part of the solution? It left me feeling pressured, confused, and taken advantage of during a very stressful moment. I trusted this clinic with my dog's care, and instead I walked away questioning their ethics and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, compassionate veterinary care.
