I remember stopping by My Pet Market in the past for the occasional dog treat for a friend though I…read moredidn't have a reason to stop by regularly as I have never had a dog or really any pet other than goldfish before. That is until this past week when my wife and I adopted a dog. We stopped by My Pet Market yesterday to get a wash for our new member of the family while also looking around at other items and asking the employees for some advice. It was an all-around positive experience! My wife and I just adopted our dog on Thursday, and two days later, we were ready for our first outing with her to get her a bath at the iClean Dog Wash. We put on her harness for the occasion, which seemed a bit loose. We asked the team working for advice and received some helpful information that made a big difference. We then went to the bag left corner of the store and took advantage of a pet wash, which was $15 for about 15 minutes that included a regular wash, shampoo, conditioner, flea wash, low pressure dryer, high pressure dryer, and sanitization (of the wash area). We could stop and start at our convenience to ensure we have time to get a dog fully washed or dried. Towels, brushes, and aprons were provided to the washers. While our dog wasn't a fan of the process, we thought it was easy to use and ensure she got clean. After the wash, we looked around at the many products. We will certainly be back! My Pet Market is a family-owned, independent pet store that specializes in natural foods for all sorts of animals. They have a huge supply of treats, toys, and products. Their staff are prepared to provide information that we may need to keep our pets healthy and happy based on our pets' individual needs. They provide recommendations as needed. On the weekends, they even host local rescues to help animals find their forever homes. When we were there yesterday, they had an event to help some bunnies find homes. My Pet Market is open weekdays and Saturdays from 8 AM to 9 PM and Sundays from 9 AM to 7 PM. The May offer on the website (https://www.mypetmarket.com) including a $5 discount off any 5 pound bag or larger of Grandma Mae's pet food. They also have a loyalty program with other discounts and promotions. The promotions are also on the Astro Loyalty Consumer app. They also have a frequent buyer program where if you buy so many bags or items, you will earn a free bag or item. The website also highlights a pet of the month, Pet Market pets, a gallery, reviews, events, and much more. Thank you to My Pet Market for a great first experience out of the house for our new family member! We look forward to going back again soon.

The nicest person working there helped show me how to use it as I have never used a wash station before. Super helpful and kind and made the first experience positive. Thank you. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. Thanks for all your help with Bentley. He loved the cookie treat.

I wouldn't even give them one star. I went to them to…read morerehome my two golden girls and they told me they had a family already lined up and that they could pick the girls up. we agreed on a day and time. The day of I called to verify some things and one of the ladies I talked too thought I was one of her employees instead. she immediately started talking so I didn't get a chance to correct her and I let her speak, I don't interrupt. she continues on to talk about ME and my situation TO ME. While doing so, she told me that were coming to get my animals today and that they were going to a foster, but not to tell me that when they came because they told me they had a family and they just want to get my animals from me, once they do that they were going to just block me. When I finally said, okay hey look you're talking to COLTEN. The guy that owns those dogs. She hung up. I called the owner or supervisor whatever she was, and explained what had happened. She tried to tell me that's not how they operate and yada yada but then I never heard anything back from them. I'm not sure why they have such good ratings. They might have some situations they help and good for them. But if you want to KNOW where your dog goes because you love and care, stay away. If you don't want to be lied to, and made believe your animals has a family already when they don't (which was the only reason I could go through with it). Don't go here.
