She treated me terribly and has zero compassion for other people, and provided harmful advice. This used to be a good place with kind doctors who worked here. I don't know what happened. Quit making assumptions and trying to clump me into a group of addicts. Making assumptions in medical will get you into trouble. And quit charging people when you offered zero help. Instead of talking to my daughter, about other options or explaining why Tamiflu would be good for my grandson. He basically did nothing. He did not examine my grandson's ears, nor listen lungs which I would think would be protocol for someone who has the flu. If this is the way you treat your patient or the concerned parent I would suggest you need to go find a different job. His foot was bleeding profusely when we went in and the foot was wrapped in a towel. He is elderly and had a hip replacement 2 wks ago. Also is a diabetic and a bleeder. At the desk, they were more concerned with checking to make sure we could pay rather than check the bleed. They went through detailed information, asking if he still took some meds, several of which he had taken only 1 time 20 yrs back. I understand the need to check records but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the most important thing is to stop the bleed. There were at least 5 people working and only 1 patient. Although we were grateful for Samantha's cleaning and bandaging, overall we didnt feel totally confident of the judgement of the heavily tattooed staff.
