I finally realized that it was time for me to get on here and give a review. When I say that Dr. Sireesha is the best, this is NOT an exaggeration. She is the most patient dentist. Our family has been going to her for about 14 years. We switched to her when my oldest was two and started having a few teeth. The way she works with children, showing patience and caring, is amazing to watch. I've been talking with her more about all she does. The amount of work she puts into being the best dentist for her patients, is nothing short of amazing. The amount of out of office hours she spends training and learning new things, is insane. It feels so reassuring to know that someone cares that much and continues to train and improve after years of dentistry, and it makes me continue to take my children there. Care is great. The scheduling, billing and everything else is terrible. New staff all the time . Getting over billed all the time And the overbooking is getting ridiculous . You have to wait over an hour to be seen. Unbelievable. I get you have to make money and you never know who is going to cancel or show up. But all the time. Come on. I've been going here for about 3 years now and have had a good experience until recently. I received a text a month ago informing me that the office would be changing their hours to 9-4 Monday-Wednesday for cleanings and my appointment would need to be moved. Due to my job, it's hard for me to make an appointment during those times, so I informed them that I may need to find a new provider, but I would let them know if I could make an appointment before the end of the year. I found a day I would be available and texted them. I received no response. I texted 4 additional times over the next two weeks and received no response. this morning I called them and they informed me that because I texted them saying I wasn't sure I would be able to continue going here due to their limited hours, that they blocked my number from their texting line and made my account inactive. The lady I spoke to said I was no longer a patient. in my opinion this is very unprofessional. I would assume if I was no longer a patient I would be informed, since I didn't ask to no longer be a patient and I gave the no reason for me not to be a patient. I just went to see them in August and paid $500 out of pocket for new retainers. This experience makes me feel as if they don't really care about their patients. I will not be returning. read more

New to the area and wanted a female dentist. I didn't want any cosmetic changes just a cleaning and check up. They scheduled 3 separate appointments: consultation, x-rays, then hygienist. I told the staff and dentist I didn't want anything more than what my insurance approved. After getting a bad dental report card, I decided to change dentists. I got hit with the x-ray bill bc it was the patient's responsibility to let them know what my insurance covers. Why have a billing department?! AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS. Will probably be reporting this dentist to the Board and disputing the charges as I was charged for services not received (this is INSURANCE FRAUD). I had an appointment booked 2 months in advance. The week of the appointment, I received a text message that my appointment had to be rescheduled...not even a phone call. I demanded an appointment the same week because it was such an inconvenience that it had been cancelled. When I went to the appointment, all they did was the X-rays and it took them well over an hour to do so, before I was told I would need to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the cleaning because they were running behind (as if this is my fault). I went back a week later for the cleaning, and the dental ASSISTANT (not even hygienist) cleaning my teeth was terrible. She only polished my gums and did not do an adequate dental cleaning. Never used a scaler. She also did not floss my teeth. I then waited 1 hour for the dentist to do an exam, and when I expressed my frustrations, she said she was doing everything herself today as if it were my fault. After orthodontist moved my daughter's upper canines into the space of the two missing teeth on both sides of her two front teeth, she reconstructed them to look exactly like the missing teeth!! They helped my elderly father with removing 2 abscessed teeth and he felt no pain during nor after. First I thought this was a good dental because the service was kit bad but now after getting hit with 2 different hidden cost I changed my mind. This is the first dental that cost me more than $100 for just cleaning. I didn't find this out until the cleaning is complete. Yes I have insurance. They decided to take some picture oral facial or whatever without telling me that there is a cost for it. $20 for a picture of me smiling. That's ridiculous. Here's a great example if a caring dentist. Over the weekend my son cracked 2 of his teeth. I went to see Dr Sireesha an emergency basis and she told me to send my son right over. I called him and told him that he could his teeth fixed and jumped right in his vehicle and came to the office. In a matter of one hour, my sons teeth were fixed and lookibrand new. I rarely receive this level of service anywhere. First off Joanna, the office manager, is not only friendly but also extremely accommodating and helpful. She suggested many payment options for me as well as Care Credit (a no interest Dental card for 6 months/1 year) since she knew I had no dental insurance. She even got me all the ionformation to look into optikns on my own time too. She is extremely professional and gets me in and out very quickly. I have an extreme dental phobia, but after my first visit 2 years ago I have to say I have had 3 A+ experiences. The assistants are all really sweet and help put my initial anxiety at ease. The assistant today, Erin I believe, was really gentle since I am a wimp and kept me at ease throughout my my check up and cleaning. She even offered me a blanket since I was dressed for July but the office was chilly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Penumetcha DDS- she was the first dentist I saw in 6 years and I never want another dentist! I was honest about my fear on the initial visit and she did everything to make me comfortable. She told stories, let me have a few breaks to breathe if i was getting shaky but most importantly has a 6th sense for a patients discomfort and pain. She adjusted to fit me which was a whole new experience for me. You can tell by the way she interacts with her staff that there is a real synergy between everyone. Dr.Penumetcha and her team are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, customer care oriented, and welcoming. We have had difficulty finding a dentist our kids could go to. We have two kids. Though our oldest is fine with going to the dentist, our 9 yr old is autistic and has Epilepsy. He is very picky with who he let's work on his teeth, even for a simple cleaning. We've had failed attempts at children dental offices prior to going to Lakepoint Dental. When we scheduled our appointments, I made sure to ask if they could work with our son and asked them to run our insurance eligibility. We've had experiences in the past from other offices sending us a surprise bill due to them not checking our coverage ahead of time. As soon as they took our son back for his exam and cleaning, he seemed comfortable from the start. He allowed Dr.Penumetcha and her assistant look at his teeth, complete his cleaning with scaling around the gums, and even the fluoride treatment after. There were no tears or throwing a fit or trying to escape the chair. We walked out of the dental office with shiny clean teeth, happy kids, and paid nothing out of pocket.
