After cancelling, they also failed to cancel the Xcel Energy appointment to drop our power line so Xcel crew showed up at our house for nothing. Even though the crew had the company's drawing. They did tear these out and replace them but not without complaint and attempted blame shifting. Then they replaced a large portion of our driveway and it flaked, peeled, and spaled the first winter .No salt was used on it and it saw little actual traffic. They did replace 1/2 of this area at no charge however it is just as bad now. Again no salt and minimal traffic. They did ask us what we think caused it..IDK they are the "experts" They have instructed us to pressure wash and seal the affected area. This "concrete" is not solid enough to withstand much washing... In the end we wasted our home improvement dollars on sub par quality that will not hold up at all. A very poor choice on our part. They did a decent job on that so i expanded the scope and had them do three more gardens. They were to pull out all weeds, and put down weed suppression mats. It looked great and clean until this spring when their shoddy work was exposed. Weeds coming up everywhere. John, the face of the company, is a nice guy but he made lots of promises he's since broken. They made a huge mistake and ripped out HALF of a huge established perennial garden. TERRIBLE. They said they'd reimburse me for replacement plants and plant them. They did but literally NOT ONE came back this spring. I've never had this issue with plants i install. Last month i had to contact John 4 times before he responded. He assured me they'd make it right but has since ghosted me. I feel very deceived. We paid lots of money and have little to show for it. Half the reason i hired them was because they were a scrappy start-up, John seemed trustworthy and i wanted to support them. Never again.

The system was not working. Everything was working fine until Best Irrigation winterized my system last fall. I called the company and they told me there must be damage from the freeze that had happened. This damage was not communicated to me, noted in the service techs notes, nor anything said about any damage that could have happened because of the freeze. The parts were lying on the ground and parts were obviously broken. The service tech told me everything went fine. If parts were lying on the ground and cracked parts, then there was obvious damage and it should have been communicated. If I knew there was damage I would have scheduled an appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable and I will be finding a new irrigation company. I spoke to Best Irrigation and they did not want to remedy or help fix the problem.

Unexpectedly, the owner responded by yelling, displaying a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that was entirely unprovoked. It was fully undeserved and a pathetic way to treat a customer.
