Took two of my kiddos to Lakeshore and found an array of beautiful and fun learning games. Kids were so happy and so was I when my check in coupon worked for me. I recently discovered Lakeshore through a friend. I love this store and so does my toddler. The free events like arts and crafts are nice and the staff at this location are very helpful. The only negative is toys are a bit pricey. I bit the bullet and pay because everything is educational and geared towards leaning. Plus better quality than what you find at like Toys R Us. read more

We went here to grab some resources for our daughter to bridge help us "bridge" her learning from 5th to 6th grade. Not only did they have exactly what we were looking for, we didn't even know what to call what we were looking for. This was the 2nd time I visited this place. My last visit was more than 10 years ago. This place is great so much to check out. I took a 14,7,5,and 1 year old. It was hard to get them to leave. The store was having an arts n crafts event, that was fun. They have these events every weekend. I will definitely be visiting more often. read more

They really do try to help. The only tiny downfall is the price. I really like Lakeshore Learning. It is convenient, organized, clean, and the staff are helpful resources if you need help finding items. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the parking lot is pretty small. It can be very hard to find a spot sometimes. And it is a tad pricey. They do give good 20% off coupons all of the time to members, which is great, but even with that it can get quite expensive if you are shopping for more than one thing. Still, all in all, it is an absolute gem for teachers and tutors in the area, and I am thankful it is here! read more

I come here often to buy educational materials for my kids. They have so many things to choose from, and staffs are usually very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently bought chess teacher for my 6 year old son, and he absolutely loves it. I don't know how to play, but as the name says, each piece has diagram to know how to move it. I've learned it with him. I bought alphabet chart for my 3 year daughter and had it laminated there for $1 or so. They offer free crafts every weekend, so I'm planning to bring my kids here soon. read more

I have been coming here for 25 years. I'm a teacher, both my parents were teachers. My mother and I taught at a school right around the corner from here. But this place is for anyone who works with/knows/has kids. Giant bags of plastic dinosaurs? YES, Paint, chalk, clay, butcher paper? YES.
