The only time I ever felt any pressure to decide something was during the reservation process, but that's simply because they get booked out so quickly and have so many inquiries. Once I had reserved my date and time the entire rest of the process felt very personal and relaxed. I was presented many options and could pick and choose things as I liked within each package. I love how comprehensive they are, and the variety and quality of their vendor recommendations. Erika also allows you to drop off drinks, supplies, decorations, goody bags, etc. the week ahead of time so you don't have to stress day-of. I arrived 15 minutes early with nothing to do because her and her team had already decorated and laid out everything so nicely and thoughtfully. And she managed the schedule, vendors, transitions, setup and cleanup so seamlessly. She checked in with me along the way and made sure I was happy with how things were going, and she truly didn't let me lift a finger until it was time to leave. When the party was wrapped, all of our things were neatly stacked up by the exit so we could take them out on our way. Even the leftover food was put together so intentionally, I was shocked to see a mini- version of our picked-through charcuterie board put back together in a way that looked even better than the original spread. I could go on, but you get the idea. I'm someone who appreciates the details, but doesn't want to be on the hook for them for special occasions like this. It was nice to work with someone who treated this event like her own, and better than I could have. If you're looking for a turn-key party solution with a beautiful and versatile indoor/outdoor space, with an amazing event manager, this is a top choice!

I reached back out the very next morning asking to schedule a call, only to be told that June 7 was suddenly fully booked -- for two separate time slots. When I asked about other dates that month, I was told those were all booked as well. Communication throughout the process was very slow, and unfortunately the interactions felt cold and unwelcoming from the start. The required deposit was also quite hefty, which made it even more important to feel comfortable asking questions before committing. However, whenever I asked legitimate questions -- even simple ones about parking and logistics for guests -- I felt brushed off or made to feel dumb for asking. When I visited in person, the service did not feel warm, accommodating, or customer-focused at all. As a parent trying to plan a special event for my child, the entire experience felt unnecessarily dismissive and frustrating. I'm honestly surprised by the positive reviews based on my experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and overall customer service were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking here.

Autumn and her daughter were so kind to even offer to blow up some balloons for the birthday occasion. One of the other perks of this event was that you can bring whatever you want to eat and drink, which made the night even more special. My high school best friends went all out, catering my favorite Filipino dish, Pancit Palabok, alongside their own delicious culinary appetizers like steak crostini. Since I was celebrating such a milestone birthday, my friends from all walks of life contributed to the potluck feast. We also had Korean Kimbap, Greek hummus & chips, flaky Baklava, creamy Leche Flan, and so much more. The mix of flavors, cultures, and homemade dishes made the night feel even more personal and heartwarming. It was great coming back to Westwood Village which brought me instant memories while I was at UCLA. There is something definitely vibrant about Westwood Village and I love feeling its energy. We had a 2-hour time limit to choose our charms (literally the hardest part because they're all so cute), and decorate our item of choice. At the time my friends and I went, they offered phone cases, hair clips/claws, handheld mirror, desk mirror, and jewelry boxes. The staff give you tips on piping the frosting glue with paper plates to practice before you start putting on your charms, which I thought was very helpful as a first timer. I picked up a few plants and a pot but came away with so much more. Come to find out that they do hold events here and when you buy a plant here you can report it in their potting section. So cool.
