He left the state (to Florida), kept my money and never did the roof. Ashland police tracked him down and convinced him to refund some of the money, but he is now unreachable again. His parents live in Ashland, were of no help, but he may return. DO NOT trust this crook. If he has swindled you, please post here and contact local police.

The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two…read moredifferent staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. You can see in the photos how much our dog loves the deck as well! We also have them scheduled to install new baseboards in our house since they did amazing with all the other work! Can't wait to see the results of the baseboards as well.

Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are "fully insured" but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance.
