Once I got to the office, I was really impressed that they brought me in right on time with no delay. That alone is rare these days. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and very professional. The assistant did a great job taking all of my X-rays, and the dentist herself was excellent. She carefully checked all of my teeth, explained a couple of issues clearly, and took the time to talk everything through with me. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. She focused only on the issues that actually needed attention. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant dental visit, which isn't something people usually say about going to the dentist. I can definitely see why they have such a strong five-star rating. As far as I'm concerned, she's the best dentist in Big Bear. I highly recommend Summit Dental.

Well, it is now a week from my doctors appointment and I still have zero prescriptions filled. Updated: Called the redondo beach office for the 4th or 5th time and got an extremely rude receptionist that hung up on me multiple times and decided to cancel my upcoming appointment without me asking for it (I had already planned on canceling my upcoming appointment if I could find a different dermatologist before that date) I have never dealt with a more rude and disrespectful receptionist in my entire life.
