She was never called back. By 4:45 pm, my daughter texted me to let me know that she's still waiting to be called in so i came inside to check what was going on and at that point, the receptionist stated she thought my daughter was "waiting for someone," which was confusing and concerning. If patients are required to sign in, it is reasonable to expect that the sign-in sheet is actively reviewed. Otherwise, the purpose of having patients sign in is unclear. My daughter even told me that one of the receptionist with blond hair acknowledged her when she waved hello and signed in her name so I don't understand why the other receptionist twisted things around saying they didn't know my daughter was there for her appointment and requested us to reschedule to another day. I took time off work and pulled my daughter out of school early for this appointment, only for our time to be wasted and the blame shifted onto a minor who had properly checked in. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We will not be returning.

My son had his first teeth cleaning at this office and our experience went very smoothly. I had…read moreexplained to him beforehand what he should expect so he felt somewhat comfortable with it all. Obviously there is more than one assistant doing the actual cleaning so one person's experience may differ from the next, but overall this is a great kid-friendly location for first-time patients. As you walk in, the children are welcomed with an open play area so they can automatically entertain themselves while the parents sing in and fill out paperwork. There was also a tv in the room but a movie wasn't playing, I'm assuming you would have to ask for assistance if you really wanted something put on for your child to watch. But our wait time was too short to even bother because as soon as I finished filling out the paperwork, we were called back for the teeth cleaning. My son was extremely cooperative and seemed very much at ease with getting his teeth cleaned so the assistant didn't need to calm him. I did notice other assistants offering sunglasses and chapstick/vaseline to other kids for their dry lips before starting the process, which wasn't offered to my son, but no big deal. Just good to know that it's available in case you want to have for your child. It was nice that my son was able to see/touch the cleaning brush before the cleaning started because the sound caught him off guard. But once he saw it was just like his battery toothbrush at home, he was comfortable again. After the cleaning, I was asked if I wanted to get x-rays for him and since it was his first visit, we got them done. Once the images were taken, Dr. Niethamer went over them with me and answered any questions I had. He is definitely very friendly and professional. Before heading out, my son was given a "goody" bag with a toothbrush, dental floss, stickers, and a treat of his choice from the Christmas tree they have in the room with little toys/surprises for the kids.

The waiting room was full of toys and she was instantly at ease and loved playing. The dental assistant was kind, gentle and talked to her at her level. Dr. Steve got the job done without making her cry or scarring her for future appointments. When their very quick exam was done, an employee took her to another play area where she played, colored, got to pick out a toy to keep and stickers. By the time I was done talking to the dentist and making her next appointment she almost refused to leave! I am so glad they are close by and so great with children.

While here I developed a very painful oral issue and feared having to take a day and drive all the way back to Las Vegas and have my dentist address it. I called the office, they understood, worked me in right away and Joel did an incredible job with my care. It is the day after, I am pain free, I did not have to make a trip to Las Vegas!! I can't thank you enough for working with me, taking care of my issue, and saving me a whole day's time traveling.
