My relationship with Dr. Anderson began with him working with my general dentist to save some of my teeth from periodontal disease so I wouldn't have to get full dentures. As a result, I was able to get a partial lower so they clip onto the teeth he was able to save. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to save any of my upper teeth so I had to get a full upper denture. However, about 2 years ago, he fit me with 4 upper mini-implants so now they snap into place as well. Love them! No need for messy adhesives. Suffice it to say, I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of periodontal care or if you just want to look into implants.

I went to have a broken/abscessed tooth looked at and he spent no more than 3 minutes assessing me. He then told me my only option was a root canal and crown, wrote the referral only to have his dental assistant realize he wrote the referral for the WRONG tooth. He did not even know which tooth he was telling me needed to be worked on. After she corrected him(dental assistant was an angel, only good part of the visit) behind closed doors, he came back and very unpleasantly let me know I could simply have the tooth pulled and not necessarily a root canal because the DENTAL ASSISTANT showed him (the DENTIST) which tooth he was supposed to be writing a referral to have worked on. He then very huffily rewrote the referral correctly and his dental assistant helped walk me entirely through everything else I would need to do, including answering any questions I had in regards to what my best options were. I'm not sure how he is still fit to practice if he is unable to pay attention to a detail that is literally the only part of his job. If I could give ZERO stars I most assuredly would.

I asked the dentist and the business manager to cover the expense that my insurance would not since it was damage caused by their employee. They refused. See ya! Integrity is everything.
