No visit from the manager, just the waitress saying if I wanted something different I'd have to come downstairs to pay for it. This is terrible customer service in my opinion. My husbands oatmeal and muffin were very dry and he just picked at them. I don't mean to be a complainer but this was bad enough to write a review. We buy a lot of the baked goods, hot chocolate tins, coffee beans for the entire family over the years. Needless to say have dropped a lot of money into this cafe during our summers out here. We will be looking for a new breakfast location.

He went to the barista to let her know and she did offer to remake it, but he didn't want to wait for that. I'm surprised more people haven't had this same experience. The drinks my friends got were fine. Nice shop, they just need to take the temperature of the coffee before serving it, or adjust their temp settings.
