The food was good- buffet style- 2 types of turkey, prime rib, ham, twice baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, Mac-n-cheese, shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, Brussels sprouts etc. All the food was warm/hot well stocked and buffet area was well maintained. The desserts had a lot of great options including the pumpkin pie which was delicious. I would recommend checking out Lake of the Woods. We have also been there in the summer months and parked the boat on the dock to run in for popsicles and refreshments. Great place to hang out as a family.

Maybe don't put a child there? With no manners. It's not the first time it's happened to us either. It's a bad look for LOW and it ruined my husband's birthday for no reason. She told us 10 to 20 minutes. Then she was pissed that we wanted the table we reserved. Were are disappointed because we are locals who go there all the time. What utter bullshit. That host cost you money. I hope you at least talk to the person. She has a bad attitude and we did not. I guess she was freaked out because it was busy? We had no clue until we tried to charge our morning coffee to the room. Max (he was so busy and made delicious coffee) said a name that was most definitely not mine. None of that was available here. I recommend that they expand their channel selections or, better yet, install smart TVs. My biggest beef with Bonvoy and other hotels is that they don't have smart TVs in the rooms. I would love to be able to stream my own recordings while I'm at a hotel.

So I checked at Running Y & got a Great price for 2bedroom 2bth suite, fully stocked kitchen & balcony. 2 night minimum & I was happy! Instacart delivers here! All staff members are so VERY kind & helpful. Shannon, Mackenzie, Issac & the 2 gentlemen at the Sport's Center, along with pool facilities staff. Personable, down to earth GEMS with impeccable assistive service. The resort grounds refresh my spirit! The ice skating rink is SO MUCH FUN, along w/hiking trails, basketball/tennis courts. From our unit we had a view of holes 10 & 18 of the Arnold Palmer Signature Running Y golf course. Each unit its own bbq grill out on the deck. The one bedroom is very spacious. It has all the comforts of home. Washer & dryer; dishwasher, etc. The only con - the televisions are small. 36" in living area and 26" in the bedroom. Worldmark Wyndham Running Y shares property with the Running Y Ranch Resort located in the Klamath Basin. Outdoor parking lot. Elevator and stairs. We would have enjoyed ourselves more had the weather been warmer. It's still winter with lows in the 30's and highs the high 50's most days.

Cons: NO cable. I realize a lot of people have on board satellite. However some of us for a one night stay don't want to go thru the hassle of set up. We have Starlink, setup was great. It is next to Hwy 97 at time noisy with traffic and Jake brakes. Trains, lots of them, but never heard them at night. Overall an enjoyable week. Would book again when we come thru Klamath Falls.

I booked this hotel on my way through Oregon through the IHG app. I like the IHG group of hotels and I had no issues with this hotel it's exactly what you would expect from IHG hotels and Holiday Inn Express. But will really set this place apart was, again, Cynthia! When I showed up she was friendly and courteous. There were other people waiting to check in and she handled all of our tasks professionally and deftly, I wasn't waiting for very long! Then, there was an issue with my room and Cynthia was able to accommodate me getting into a different room. Then I made a mistake with my key card and Cynthia helped me out with the most wonderful attitude. And finally helped me get settled into my room for the night. Checking into hotel can be stressful, especially when there's something that goes wrong, and especially when you make a mistake with misplacing your key card. Cynthia took all the stress out of that situation and really helped me out. The breakfast in the morning was a little limited, but the server was very friendly and helpful! So again, this hotel is great, but the star of the show here is definitely Cynthia!

There were a lot of dead mosquitos on the edge of the windows, a few hairs on the sheets and the bathroom was pretty gross. Something was splatter on the wall, shower curtain was yellow and it wasn't throughly cleaned. I am blown away how the housekeepers missed that. It was on the cheaper side considering that staying in this city costs you an arm and a leg. A 3 star hotel is valued as a 5 star hotel. Crazy!
