We arrived at 8pm on a Sunday night without a reservation and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. We booked a double queen on the 3rd floor and helped ourselves to milk and cookies on the way up. The good: the room was clean enough. The beds were comfortable enough. There were some amenities. The bad: the hallways needed vacuuming. The hot tub had a lot of leaves in it. The food was mediocre. This is not a luxury hotel and if you're expecting that, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a safe and convenient place to lay your head, this is a good option. I read previous reviews and want to not that my room was updated and the shower was clean. read more

This place has seen better days. My friend loves best western and raved about the free breakfast. Our room needed some serious help. It was old and dated. It looked as if it jad been flooded by the damage on ceiling and walls. The breakfast in the am was heinous. 2 pieces of dried up hard sausage patties... the eggs were supposed to be scarmbled eggs but instead were these odd looking egg patties that looked like they had been there forever. There was harxly anything to choose from. I would never stay here again. read more

I used to stay at another high end hotel, but their room prices have gotten very expensive. The last one that I have at before has gone up in price $200 over their price two years ago. I have been using Best Western for the past three years and have been very pleased with their facilities and generally they are in a convenient location. All of them have had very professional staff and I have found that the rooms are clean and well stocked. read more

We rolled in here late at night while traveling long distance, and still found parking. I was pulling a trailer but found no spots designated for trailers so I had to unhook. There are some pull thru spots but not deep enough for vehicle+trailer. Several other rigs with trailers just parked taking up several spaces. We were tired and longing for a soft bed, and we slept great. I didn't hear any noise from neighbors our from the hallway. In the room there was ample surfaces to put things down, and charge devices. The room was clean. It had no poor odors or smells. The WiFi was a little weak for YouTube streaming. All in all we were really happy and had a great sleep. We stopped by on the way back and chose the same hotel. This time I found parking on the side of the hotel where I could park diagonally across two lanes, saving me from having to disconnect. Still, there were other rigs with trailers taking up 3-4 spaces. Is there was one thing to improve it would be to have trailer-friendly parking. read more

After a unbearably long train trip from LA, it was so nice to check in to this Best Western. Early check-in was generally 12 noon, but I was able to get in just after 10! The room was nicely furnished, with a bed so wonderfully comfortable I joked to the front desk person, Caroline, that I wish I could take it with me on the return trip! The only downside is that the hotel is off a busy street, and is a couple miles from the older, quaint part of town, but I honestly couldn't hear the traffic from my room. All in all, a great stay, and a solid recommend! read more

It took less than 2 minutes to get my room card (room was booked through our Corporate Secretary). This hotel has been my "go to" place for a number of years. I have family in the area and frequently need to stay at the Olympic Inn. Staff has been consistently kind, professional, and responsive. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is good, the front desk women very friendly and helpful. I'm especially thankful that the breakfasts have gluten-free items (Bob's Red Mill GF Oats), potatoes, scrambled eggs, toppings etc. and they always carry dairy free milk. Summer road trip stay After visiting Crater Lake on our way back south on our summer road trip we drove up in hopes this hotel had a vacancy and was happy when they said they did! We generally like Best Western and this particular one was clean and nice to stay in. The lobby sort of made us sad with all the taxidermy animals along the walls, but I realize they were going for a 'theme'. Thankfully, none were in our room. Also, there were a few food choices within walking distance of the hotel. The only 'sort of' cons were the elevator seemed a little sketchy. We stopped using it unless we were moving luggage to and from the car. Also the covid bagged breakfast was a little lack luster. Still, it helped us get on the road and avoid having to eat elsewhere for a while. A good stay. Oh on a side note, the front desk said they were not requiring guests to wear masks while in the hotel. They let us decide whether or not to wear them. This was in June 2020. We still wore ours. read more

I tried the Olympic Inn based on the great reviews and I was very pleased I did. The lobby is like a mountain lodge, it's comfortable and cozy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice with plenty of room for your stuff. They have flat screen TV's and a small kitchenette area. The linens and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had blackout curtains which is huge when wanting to sleep in. There is a breakfast area in the lobby and in the evening the lobby staff serves warm cookies and milk. I would highly recommend the Olympic Inn. read more

I was pleased this hotel was in a convenient location, but very disappointed with the lack of service, and my room was quite dirty. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and the shower had a substantial amount of mold in the grout. Eeewww! And unfortunately, I never saw a smiling face from any of the staff. Not even sure where to start. First, it's on a very busy intersection in K-Falls so be prepared for a lot of road noise if you are in street-side room. The hotel itself is well past its prime and needs a refresh. Everything seems dated but that is just the aesthetics. Rooms were dusty and like other reviewers, the in-room AC units just blew in dusty air. Seems like nearly everything mechanical was out of order (elevator, 2nd floor ice machine, juice dispenser at breakfast, front doors in the lobby (about to break)). Hotel staff was not that friendly. The reason I am writing this is that I would expect that from a cheap hotel in central Oregon and I have stayed at many, but not from a hotel that received glowing ratings and charges 250$ per night. Try again, Best Western, you can do better! read more

Stayed here three nights. I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels. The beds and pillows here are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The rooms are clean and have flat screen tvs. A listing of the channels would be nice to have. I was on the third floor and the shower water pressure was very weak, not sure if that's the case on all floors. The have a very generous breakfast every morning with eggs, meat, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the usual continental fair. Coffee was not bad. Soup and salad is offered for dinner nightly and cookies put out at 8. The motif is western with numerous taxidermied animals on the wall. Not sure how they keep them clean, but not a cobweb in sight. Very friendly and accommodating staff. If you happen to be staying in K Falls, I would recommend this hotel. read more

The clock in our room did not work, and the pillows on our bed were a little hard, but the Olympic Inn was very clean and is maintained in great shape. The Chili and Corn Bread Muffins they serve for Free at 4:30 pm daily were Delicious ! The Free morning breakfast is also very large and is Free. We booked this hotel sight unseen, I'm glad we did. The location is off the highway which made it quiet, the staff was very friendly and the parking lot had good night time lighting. We loved the lodge feel of the hotel, the rooms were cute and comfortable, there is a second floor conference area that had comfy looking chairs and computer access. The modified breakfast (darn covid) was well organized and tasty, the server was very sweet. We did have one big hic-up in our room in relation to cleaning but address it in the on line after check out review the next morning and received a response shortly after. There are eating establishments within walking distance for dinner, and I loved that we could open the windows at night, fresh air is lovely. read more

The Olympic Inn is now part of the Best Western franchise, so you'll get BW points now. It is located on a busy corner (not that Klamath Falls is "really​" busy) so if you want a quieter room, ask for one not facing 6th Ave. The beds are comfortable ​but high in the current style. The pillows are thick and firm; the sink is outside the bathroom. There is a window air conditioner​/heater but there seems to be central heat. We had to turn the heater off because the comforter​ was so thick and warm. The room had an armchair with footstool​ and desk with desk chair. Breakfast is slightly better than average. There is hot oatmeal, which I prefer to the cold and usually too sugary cereals. I didn't use the fitness center or notice a swimming pool. read more

I'm not saying this is the Ritz, but for a middle of the road chain available in Klamath Falls, this Best Western is all you could ask for. Everything was clean and the customer service was outstanding. The rooms are pretty standard, but very comfortable. The outdoor pool is nice. They serve early evening sandwiches at no additional charge. I'm not normally one for a hotel sandwich, but based on the options I found in Klamath Falls, it's probably your best bet. The sandwiches are followed up with fresh baked cookies; also a nice touch. Then there's the breakfast bar. The free breakfast bar has become commonplace among the mid grade hotel chains, but I've found great variance between the offerings. This Best Western truly puts out a quality breakfast spread with a lot of options. If you find yourself in Klamath Falls, you can't go wrong with this as your place to stay. read more

We spent a weekend here to visit the nearby wildlife refuges. We had an excellent stay here. Checked in quickly. Went up to our room to unpack, and the phone rang. The front desk called to see if our room was fine, a nice touch. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice and quiet stay. They served soup and sandwiches downstairs in the evening, and delicious cookies later. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Would most definitely stay here again if we were in the area. At the last minute we needed a place to stay in Klamath Falls, Oregon, and this hotel accommodated us. It is very clean and has amenities such as luggage racks and morning newspaper. The morning breakfast buffet has a varied selection and they serve soup in the late afternoon and milk and cookies at night. This hotel treats its guests right. The reason for the four stars is that construction vehicles took up large areas of parking, so that when we arrived at night, there were no parking spaces available on site and we were told to find one on the street. read more

Not super pleased with this hotel. Rooms are older and kind of small, not much counter space in bathroom. Very disappointed with the breakfast provided in the lobby area. The eggs were very salty, heavy biscuits and gravy. No other choice of breads, dry sausage patties and no fruit other than small green apples. I saw a couple other guests walk around, look at the food and went across the street to Burger King for their breakfast. I would not recommend staying here read more

The obvious clean rooms etc. Good soap and shampoo products. My favorite feature is the digital card locks no longer inserting the key card in the slot and waiting for that annoying LED light. Just tap the lock with the card, it clicks and you're in. read more

Overall it's not a bad hotel, just not my cup of tea. If you need a nice hotel along 97, or for a short stay in Klamath, and you're of the age that likes to take things slow(er), this will be a good choice for you. Free clam chowder in the afternoon, good breakfast in the morning, and cookies at night. Good for those who never even want to leave the hotel... For the rest of us though, it's not bad, but nothing else to really write home about. Breakfast is nice and that helps, but the staff isn't overly friendly or helpful (or just tends to look down the nose at younger patrons), and the rooms are decent but nothing special. If it's a busy event weekend in Klamath, get there early because they do run out of parking (not sure how a hotel runs out of parking in a small town, but they do). If I ever have to return to Klamath, I might stay here again, but most likely I'll try something new... read more

We stayed here after spending a night at Crater Lake. We would have booked two nights at the Crater Lake Lodge but they were booked out. Thank goodness they were booked out because Olympic Inn is a thousand times better (minus the view). I think the ratings and reviews for this place really say it all. The employees were great. The rooms were well furnished and very clean. This is by far the most equipped free breakfast I've seen at a hotel. The soup, sandwiches and cookies are really the cherry on top. It's equipped with a gym, jacuzzi and pool. 5 stars all the way! The prices are so reasonable. It's probably one of the best places I've stayed for 100 bucks. read more

This impressive business is no longer a Best Western inn and is now associated with Western Inns, which features two other inns. The decor is the same and they've added an evening soup and sandwich service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and the pool setting very pleasing despite the nearby traffic. Our room, 310 (base price $109), was large, very clean and the king bed comfortable. Amenities included microwave, fridge, vanity, internet, cable, desk, easy chair and good lighting. Other reviewers have commented on the pleasing hunting lodge style of the reception area (if you like taxidermy heads on the wall.) This inn is an exceptional value and we would stay here in the future. If you're interested in cycles of retail malls, take a walk around this transitioning neighborhood. The huge K-Mart has closed, the mini mall satellites all have vacancies and another anchor, Haggen Foods, is closing in a couple of weeks. After buying over a hundred Safeway and Albertsons stores, this small Bellingham, WA, chain hasn't been able to keep previous customers and it was eerie when we wandered the fully stocked, but completely empty store where the one cashier was busy with his cell phone. This single store could feed a percentage of Somalians yet it is being shunned by the locals because of lack of change in presentation and the perception of high prices.
