He refused to allow use of a gift certificate that was paid for back in June and when the customer got upset, he started yelling at the nail technician who wrote it out for her and then fired her publicly and very loudly. After the customer left and while the tech was still there, Tommy started yelling to me and my friend about how the customer is trying to screw him over and he's sick of the technicians taking advantage of him and his money. After the tech left he continued complaining to us about how horrible of a worker she was. This went on for over an hour and a half. He then proceeded to try and make things better by showing us pictures that he's taken of kids who came in to his previous barber shop.
