Katy and Hannah understood my needs very well and did such an excellent work. Katy fixed my short hair in such a way that it supported a heavy veil and 2 crowns and looked great. Hannah did a traditional art work on my forehead by seeing google images :) Everyone at the wedding and our friends and relatives in India are impressed with my transformation and couldnt believe I have short hair :) These 2 girls are true artists and I am really thankful for the good work they did on me and my bridal party at the wedding and reception.

Everything seemed fine at the time of booking, but when I reached out in January to schedule my trial, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the course of four months via email, text, and phone calls--ignored every time. My wedding planner also attempted to contact her on my behalf, with no success. At this point, it is clear this is not a case of a missed message or temporary delay--Yessie ghosted me as a client. Because of this, I was forced to find and book a new hair and makeup artist under time pressure, adding unnecessary stress during what is already a busy planning period. To make matters worse, I never received my deposit back. For other future brides out there, please do not let Yessie scam you. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. No matter what picture I show her or weird explanation I give her she's always done her best to produce exactly that! Not only is she good at what she does, she's also super personable and funny, making the experience both enjoyable and relaxing. Timaree has cut my hair, colored my hair, styled my hair, done my make up, and has also taken my senior photos as well as a random fun photo shoot (she can basically do EVERYTHING!!!!) which is hard to find.
