Good lil pizza joint... Stopped by for lunch on a Friday - They we're absolutely slammed, but we got seated quickly though. Cool lil place with quite a bit of seating in the back (very deceiving because it looks small from the outside). The service was great... Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. As for the pizza... Pretty good - I'd give it a Dave Portnoy solid 7.1. If we're rolling back through town again, we'd stop back in for sure, as the service was fast and the pizza was good. read more

Server was nice but unfortunately the cooks don't seem to know how to heat up a sandwich. I ordered a meatball sandwich and the meatballs were cold. They tried to reheat it 3 times after saying rude remarks. After the third time, they even said "if its 140F its good!" then measured it and it was 119F! Then replied with more snide rudeness when we commented on their facebook. They need to learn how to use a meat thermometer. They offered to make another sandwich, but why bother when you can't even heat it up properly after 3 times? Will never go back again. At least the salad was good. I wasnt going to originally leave a bad review until they decided to gaslight people on facebook about our experience and then lock the post so we couldn't even reply!! read more

I think Lakesides pizza is delicious. We definitely enjoy the Philly cheese steak pizza. Service is normally pretty good. No complaints there. It's a cute little place that the owner built by hand we believe and works just fine for a little pizza joint. The sandwiches are also delicious! Definitely recommend. Very odd hours. Never know when they will be open or closed. Make sure you check the website before you drive out there. read more

We haven't been here In couple years was excited about going but all the employees looked miserable to start with. The steak hoagie was cold in the middle, and my wife's Margherita pizza had no sauce said something to waitress she got a manager she said they only use garlic butter for sauce. She said she would call I guess owner (John) and we could wait for the call to find out if she was right. We've been here several times and other than the pizza being cold in some spots occasionally it's always been very good. Tonight, however, we arrived before it got busy and our waitress sat us and took our drink orders as well as our appetizer orders. Then shortly afterward other families began to filter in. We were the first in our section to arrive and order but somehow the two families that arrived after us got the same appetizers and had them brought out before ours, which we never got. Then their food began arriving before ours and that's when the waitress approached us and informed us that she was told that we would be waiting another 30 minutes before our food arrived and asked if we would like to wait or leave? I at this point chose to leave and go elsewhere as our appetizer went almost immediately to the 3rd family that came in after us which had me upset but then to see these same families that arrived and ordered after we did receive their pizzas before us as well was just too much. They made no attempt to offer an incentive to remain and told us our drinks we're free, which is appreciated but needless to say it appeared to us that we were intentionally being disrespected for some reason and have no plans to return. read more

I recommend getting the rail bread to start. We always get the Hirailer meat and add mushrooms. It is a lil messy with the charcoal from the wood fire oven but so worth it! They also make cheesecake in the wood fire oven. They also make their own ice cream. Love the Woodfire pizza! read more
