My husband and I went to Eddie's and we ordered personal pizzas to go . We have been here several times but tonight was just not a good experience . Our pizzas were extra sloppy and threw on top of our breadsticks and we both asked for Mariana sauce for our breadsticks , well we got nacho cheese sauce ( yuck) and our breadsticks were soggy from being under the hot messy pizza . And while we were waiting on our food to cook the guy in front of us his food was done and the lady at the register said oh that's not what you ordered he said oh it's ok I'll just pick off what I don't like . They should have offered him a discount but nope nothing he just paid and left with the food he didn't order . I think since the new owner has taken over it's went down hill and we drove almost an hour for this pizza read more

I'd rather eat cardboard boxes than anything from here. Just awful. The pizza is a premade crust and they pile on additional toppings to make it super soggy...also the garlic bread is just a slab of greasy plastic cheese on an even more greasy sloppy bread. Eddies has been an area favorite for a long time. I was hopeful the new owners would keep tradition alive. However our pizza and wings were gas station quality. The wings are now breaded and lack flavor. The pizza did not even resemble Eddies pizza. The cheese is a different color and consistency. I was so disappointed. Staying in the area for military training and we wanted pizza. We travel a lot and like to seek out local places instead of the normal chain places. Found Eddie's online and after reading the positive reviews decided to give it a try. Service was friendly. We took it to go so really didn't get to see the inside too long. Now to the pizza. We wouldn't buy it again. It was the most bland pizza I've ever had. No seasoning at all in the toppings or sauce. The crust is definitely the same prepackaged crust I buy from a store when I make pizza at home. That's not necessarily bad, as I like that crust, but you have to have the toppings and sauce seasoned right in order to make it all work. The pizza sauce itself had no flavor. It tasted just like tomato paste straight from the can. The works pizza had a ton of toppings, which we like, but again absolutely no flavor or seasoning of any kind. And, although we had to wait a couple minutes for it all to be ready when we came in to pick up the order, the works pizza was cold in the center (toppings) as soon as we checked it in the car. We also got a pepperoni pizza and it was the same as far as crust and sauce and no flavor. Overall glad we checked it out, but we definitely wouldn't order it again the next time we are in the area. read more

I'm giving three stars because we didn't eat here but, here's why we didn't stay: First, there is no actual Lakeview - there's a tiny pond called Pepperoni Pond and we wanted to sit outside but the chairs and tables were wet and dirty. We moved inside where it was dark and the tables were also dirty. We cleaned off our table and turned on the lights. The restaurant was completely empty at 5:30pm on a Sunday. The menu really didn't have a lot on it that seemed interesting and the vibe at the restaurant was terrible. So we ended up cutting our losses and leaving. This is NOT a place to eat inside but maybe it's okay for takeout? read more

Crust was barely cooked (more like raw dough) sauce didn't have much taste; the sausage was like sawdust, cheese was bone white (again not cooked long enough) Maybe I just got a bad one, but once was enough for us. I've been a customer for years and have had delivery every time and just recently was told I can no longer receive delivery because my drive way is " too dangerous to back out of " .... Yet I've given them so much of my time and money and support for several years. Delicious pizza and perfect for a quick pick up dinner on the way to the lake. Their pizza is always so fresh and delicious and they have interesting types of pizza and calzones which is nice to mix up your palette. It's worth a stop by if you have the time! As pizza enthusiasts, we always set the bar high when we try a new spot. After all, my husband manages a pizza place and we absolutely love the pizza there. However, we do like to try other area haunts. Well this one did not disappoint! From the time we went to the door, we were greeted by the owner and another member of his staff, Hank. Both very engaging characters. The place itself is an unassuming, but we find that many of these places pack the biggest bunch. We couldn't decide what to try first. We decided on a half meats/half cheese pizza and an order of breadsticks. As breadsticks go, these were right up there with some of the best of them. However, the pizza definitely was the star. Loaded with toppings and rich with cheese we couldn't have been more pleased. I know this business has been around for many years now and we expect that this isn't about to change anytime soon! When I read the reviews, I thought the pizza would be good so we were willing to give it a try. Disappointed they didn't deliver (we are 15 minutes away).
