I would rather a counter service setup and not have to tip someone to fill my drinks, especially when the prices were quite high for not excellent food. The pizza qas excellant. It was our first time to the Columbus Indiana pizzaria. BUT the service was horrible. There qas one girl at the register and 3 guys in the back. Only one other table with 3 people. Cashier said ait anywhere. So we sat. The other table git their food. We waited 15 min for someone to come wait on us. I had to stand up for 5 minutes to get the cashiers attention. 2 others came in and placed orders to go before she finally came and took our order. 20 minutes later the pizza showed up. No one else was there to wait on. Then she never came back to check on us. I had to go up to the cash register to get my bill so I could pay. The staff are wearing masks and the patrons are respecting social distancing or wearing masks as best they can. Don't get me wrong, I love Greek's Pizza I love their food I love the dressings and most of the time I love the people. But the Columbus location is the worst and they don't care to be better. I have to order the pizza well done to get it even fully cooked, accidentally ordered the kids pizza normal... you can see the difference in the photos. The bread sticks are never sticks, mostly little half sticks with a couple full sized if you're lucky. We also used to love the Greeks dressing with the bread sticks but the employee I spoke to today said it separates in the bottle and you have to shake it to combine the ingredients, at this location they don't shake the bottle at this location so you get a side of vinegar instead. read more

New to town and have already found an excellent pizza place. Not sure what the previous lady had in giving them a one star due to how they are handling COVID. There was zero violations and as for customers not wearing mask the state mandate allows you to take off the mask once you are sitting down. Stopped by in here on a Sunday afternoon and it was completely empty. We had a party of 11 and was sat right away. We decided to get some appetizers of the garlic bread and pepperoni sticks, both arrived at our table hot and fresh. They also have a selection of craft beers as well. The pizzas came out with a generous amount of toppings and were fresh and delicious. The sauce was amazing, the toppings were perfectly cooked and evenly distributed. We frequent the Greeks in another town close by and always have great food, this one, not so much. We ordered breadsticks and pizza, the sticks were good but the pizza, not so much. The first one never made it to the table as they said they had a problem. We agreed to have it remade and wait since we were dining in. The next came out half cooked, I sent it back and they couldn't cook it anymore because it was already cut. Employees were nice but clearly could use a manager to help fully run things. Our server left and made a delivery after our order and we never saw her again. I hope it gets better as we love Greeks brand pizza but won't go back due to this experience which was our first. read more

This one doesn't even to compare to the original or the one in Franklin. I've been here 3 times now as i live on the same street only a few blocks away. Pizza was thin and doughy every time but the toppings were burnt and crispy. The breadsticks are average but the garlic butter is really really good. Judging by the crowds during weekend nights and the lack of students I've seen there at lunch (3 blocks from a high school) I doubt this one stays open much longer. Beer selection is weak. read more

If you're like me, when I heard Columbus was getting ANOTHER pizza place, you may have sighed and rolled your eyes. But then... I found out it was Greeks! We had one where I went to college and it was by far the best in town back then. It took us a while to get over to Greeks here in Columbus but we were pleasantly surprised when we did! First, they have a pretty extensive craft and domestic beer list and regular drink specials. Thursday's seem like the best day to go if you're looking for a good beer deal. Second, the service is timely and attentive. Third, the pizza... is delicious! I highly recommend you get a dipping sauce for your crust. I believe Monday's had the best pizza deal in our opinion- something like a large pizza, breadsticks, and 4 drinks for less than $20. read more

Great pizza and the best execution of breadsticks ever (everyone else should stop trying and take their's off their menu). Greeks has a wonderful pizza sauce that is refreshing and unique compared to most other pizza options. They also use a good fennel seasoning in their sausage which I usually have to go the pizza places in Chicago to find. I went on opening night and the place was a little hectic which was expected, but the staff was friendly and I'm sure they'll get the service kinks worked out. Most importantly, amidst the opening chaos, the quality of the pizza and breadsticks was excellent, which ultimately matters the most.
